Breakfast was wonderful, Kevin cooked our eggs to perfection. You could tell he really cared about pleasing his customers. Our Waitress was very nice also. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Gwen at the front desk was so friendly from the time we got there to the time we left. She always asked how my sister and I were doing each time we saw her. She was exceptional and we will always remember how sweet she was to us. Beth in housekeeping was great too. Very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We can't say enough about our stay at this hotel. I have traveled a lot but this Hilton will be on top of my list as far as friendly staff, great breakfast and a comfortable place to stay. Thank you so much for helping my sister and I have a good trip back home to visit friends and relatives.

We can't think of anything. It was all nice and pleasant. We stay at the Hampton Inn in Moss Point usually but found the last visit to be very outdated and not as clean or nice. Keep up the good work and we will be back.

i had problems with locating my ID, my car was overloaded with moving stuff, i could not locate my credit cards and driver's license. I had driven too far in one day and overloaded my car. I was very upset and distraught. Alona and the all night clerk went to great lengths to calm me down I did have enough cash to get to Fort Meyers. My old Toyota is a Hybrid and goes a long way on a gallon of gas. Ilocatrd my ID and credit cards. I am very grateful and thankful to the two lady stafeers for taking care of me. john throop

The property was well kept. The staff were extremely friendly and tried to help us.

Our issue was with booking.com. okay hey have 2 queen bed suite listed. I paid for that. when I got there booking had not sent them the correct booking information, I was given a king bed regular room. rates were different but I was not refunded for the difference in room. my husband and sons were supposed to meet my daughter and I but they were unable to stay since our room only had one bed.

Front desk people were great. Very helpful with recommendations about the town. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I do not like that I am being forced to write more than I have to say!!!!

I had no problems with the hotel. But I must say that Pasacagoula deserves its nick name as the city of the Seven Smells. The air smelled of something like cat urine everywhere.

The location was good and close to everything, I did not eat the breakfast.

I think that the hotel could have been a little nicer for the price. Maybe more amenities in the room as an incentive. But the accommodations were fine and the rooms were large and comfortable.

The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, are so nice! The rooms are clean and the location is very convenient!

The bed was quite uncomfortable. They could probably use better/upgraded mattresses. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay.

The front desk staff was cordial but not overly friendly. The restaurant staff was very very friendly; the pancakes were awesome.

Rooms and accommodations were great. The staff were super friendly and always remembered you the next day.

Breakfast situation. I wish breakfast came with the price. Continental breakfast was $10 for muffins, yogurt, toast and a banana

Staff was wonderful, place was clean, water and disinfectant wipes were out in gym and when I mention they were filled in less than 10 minutes. Awesome

My family and I are workout enthusiasts and we're disappointed 2 treadmills were not working

As with most motels the lighting in the bathroom was not conducive to applying makeup. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The toilet needs to be higher.
