Wanted to soak so chose a room with a sauna bath. The water was hot and enjoyable and the room large and comfortable. The room is well set up and I had to wait for my partner as her train was late so I utilized the WiFi and my laptop and the hotel WiFi was solid which I often don't expect from a hotel.
Two small issues: 1. the water is overly softened to the point it triggered my partner's eczema. 2. whatever they use for cleaning must do an excellent job, but leaves a strong smell. the window being opened helped but every time we returned to the room it was noticeable.

When u work in customer service. Its important to have the right people working. First impressions are very important. With that said staff. Should greet guest with a smile not look like their annoyed and act as if its an issue. When u ask questions or need something its. Great hotel but when it comes to interactions with multiple staff something needs to change. With the exception of a lady working the nights she was very sweet and helpful and helpful if i knew her name i would call and tell her manger that she should be promoted.

The hotel is clean and update decor. The rooms were clean and comfortable with fresh paint and well kept furniture. The bathrooms have clean toilet and tubs and sinks were updated fixtures. The breakfast was good and the food was simple yet tasty.
I changed my room because it smelled like the carpet was cleaned and needed time to dry. It was like chemicals or mildew from the wet carpet. However the front desk changed it with no problem and also allow me to inspect the next room to assure our satisfaction.

I enjoyed how quiet was even being by the front desk. I liked how the bed had a blanket instead of two sheets. Really enjoyed the mini fridge and microwave as well.
Didn't notice the first night/morning due to have to get out the door fast for a big event but come sunday morning I noticed on the tiles in the toilet area it had some type of slow leak. Then when I was taking a bath I see a roach by the bathroom door. I covered it with a towel and got out the room rather sooner.

Breakfast was great. Employees were helpful. Hotel was clean. Appreciate the up close parking for Veterans.
Member of staff was giving kids a bag of stickers that had been gone through by other kids while eating; having kids go thru and pick a favorite sticker. Just not a sanitary thing to be doing during these Covid times. Also had kids running through the hallways after 11pm giggling and yelling for quite a while. Hubby called front desk and the noise stopped a few minutes later, so that was appreciated.

I have booked rooms at this Wyndham many times. Sue just floors me with her people skills. She greets everyone when they come for breakfast, asks them to let her know if she can get them anything, and makes the kids feel welcome by talking to them and letting me hem pick stickers from her collection. She keeps the first floor spotless. She never stops cleaning. He woodwork gleams and the air smells fresh.

THE KIDS AND I ENJOYED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. THE BOWLING ALLEY AND RESTARANT WERE AMAZING !!! GREAT STAFF VERY CLEAN!! WOULD DEFINTLY RETURN VERY SOON!!!! EVERYTHING IS CONVENTLY LOCATED INSIDE THE HOTEL AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!!

Easy access to where we needed to go. Breakfast was always hot and fresh fruit available every day.
It would have been nice to have a small workout room, even if only 1 treadmill and 1 bike. The weather was rainy so wasn't able to walk outside and was a little hesitant when it was nice outside as I was unfamiliar with surroundings.

the only thing keeping me from rating this property a perfect 10 is the parking lot had the same trash for the entire 6 nights that I was there.

Bed seemed to have a low spot in the middle, we had a tendency to "roll" to the middle.
