We chose this property because it was near all of the activities we planned for our vacation. We appreciated the private parking greatly. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and we were pleased by the many amenities which we did end up using most of.
1) our refrigerator in our room was warm when we arrived and took all night and most of the first day to get cold enough to put our perishable food in. We had to keep filling our mini cooler with hotel ice until the refrigerator was cold. 2) the swimming pool and hot tub were pretty small. We felt disappointed that the hot tub was always at capacity and felt weird about making others wait while we used it. For a hotel that size I wonder why it only has one small hot tub. 3) our second visit to the pool the chlorine in the air was literally causing our eyes to burn.

The breakfast was exceptional. It was amazingly well. The staff were very helpful people they were really kind hearted and attentive with every matter&for me connection is key. I can totally appreciate good people&appreciate my visit there it was well worth the stay.
There was nothing I didn't like really about my stay other than the fact that the pool was a lil chilly but the hot tub made up for the bitter chill. Still.. it was worth it. There was a balance that I could settle for when in all honesty there's no such thing as perfection&was never looking for it. Our stay was comfortable.

Convenient and close to Chanhassen with all rooms pet friendly. We enjoyed the convenience of having microwave & refrigerator with freezer, large sitting area, accessible table space, dishwasher, dinnerware, utensils. All of the appliances were updated and in good repair. We slept well because the rooms and hallways were so quiet.

When I arrived at the hotel for check in I was given two wooden tokens for a drink and a snack . I went out for dinner and when I returned to the hotel I tried to use said tokens at the front desk. The young man that was working the front desk wouldn’t let me use the tokens because apparently he had never seen these tokens before and didn’t know how they worked.

The front desk lady when we checked in rude and hard to understand. She told me repeatedly that my room was not paid for didn’t believe that it was till I showed her my phone then she excepted it never smiled and got mad when I was right other front desk people were wonderful she needs to be retrained on the computer

The pool means alot when you travel with 5 kids! THIS POOL WAS SPOTLESS! Then, we met Felix as he was caring for the hot tub, he actually took time to explain his work, and you could just hear the pride in his voice as he told us about his work, heating the pool and the hot tub sparkling clean! He is a true gem to the Hilton family!

Pretty room and the bed was comfortable. Patio area and fire tables were really nice.
Bedding for the pull out sofa was dirty, looked like blood stains on the pillow case. Staff did find us different pillows which was really appreciated. The sink did not drain well in the bathroom. The bathroom floor wasn’t the cleanest. The continental breakfast was all carbs, no hot items like eggs or meat.

Room was in great condition and very comfortable. TV was easy to use and sports channels were available, which was nice to be able to catch the MN Wild game. Lobby area was also clean and comfortable.
Breakfasts were understandably the grab and go type given the COVID environment, but a little more variety would be helpful. Pool area was quite restricted - we had a two-year-old in our group who came down with his suit and floaties on and was told that the pool was already full for the rest of the weekend. That is disappointing. Despite the COVID environment, I would think that the pool would be a little more accessible.

There was a minor mixup at check-in; the staff person confused my reservation with another with a very similar name. She clearly felt bad about it, kept apologizing and gave us half off the room rate! All unnecessary, because as long as we got into a room, we were fine. But I really appreciated how seriously she took her job and the situation, and I commend her for how she handled it.

This hotel was sparkling clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was decent.
I don't enjoy a spring mattress and am surprised they continue to be used by others. The bed was not comfortable for this reason.
