Breakfast was very good for the rating of the venue, excellent location with easy access to the "Crosstown Freeway."
I live in "Low humidity Idaho." It seemed even with th AC on due to the outside temperature being fairly high, the room seemed damp. Tub faucet dripped constantly. Extreme pressure slowed the drikp only slightly. I reported it but no action in five days. It is cheaper to fix this type of leak before the rotating guests tight the valve so strenuously that the faucetvalve has to be replaced.

Breakfast food and cleanliness was great! However, it was the staff working the breakfast area that made it so enjoyable. They were very friendly, constantly busy, and very attentive to guests and the management of that area! Good customer service is a rarity these days and I greatly appreciated their customer service!
In the past I have received a "Minneapolis Mart" room rate. I asked but was told they weren't offering that this time. It is the main reason I choose this hotel.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very prompt in refilling the serving dishes. They were also very friendly. There were many options available for all different dietary needs.
The rooms were not very sound proof. We were in a room with an adjoining door. At 6 a.m. the person in that room was talking very loudly on the phone with the recipient on speaker phone. I thought the person was talking in the hallway but no, it was coming through the door. He was on the phone for over an hour. It was very disturbing.

3 rooms with alot of kids across the hall - having family time - got woke up quite a few times - kids noisy in hallways until after 11pm and when I went to use pool I had to leave because they were screaming. I watched another couple come in for 5 minutes and leave - same reason. I asked clerk if they had a hour of adult time at end of night for pool and was told hotel does not do that and it was not usually like this. Management should consider doing adult time.even if not usually like that if your having an adult staycation - you may be doing it for a break from kids

No Continental Breakfast because of COVID which was a bummer, but, I feel for the price I paid, the small selection they laid out for you to "grab and go" (granola bars, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc.) was still worth it. Alex was working Friday night when we arrived, and he was AWESOME!! So nice and funny, and his Customer Service skills were top notch!!! We would stay here again based on my interaction with him alone.
Only thing I would complain about is having to sign up to use the pool in 2 hour blocks due to the COVID protocol. By the time we checked in Friday after traveling all day, all the blocks were already full and we couldn't get one that night. I assume it was because there was a little kids birthday party at the hotel the weekend we were there, but we were able to get a block for Saturday night, so that was nice

We were unfortunate to have loud obnoxious neighbors that decided it was time to party at midnight on a Sunday. Luckily the lady at the front desk was nice enough to switch us to another room during the night.

The breakfast was excellent. Eggs, bacon, sausage, omelet biscuits and gravy and pancakes. Plus cereal, muffins, bread and fruit. A lot of choices.
The swimming pool was ice cold. You could not swim it was so cold!! There is no refrigerator and microwave in the room. It is nice to have them. When I booked I wanted 2 beds and only got 1.

The guy at the front was able to accommodate us to the room we selected during booking even tho Booking.com screwed up and said any room worked. I asked for a two queen room because it was me and a pregnant friend staying the night and when we walked into the original room it was a one king. The guy was super helpful and understanding to get us into a different room with two beds like we requested!
Was a little disappointed in the breakfast options. Probably a covid thing tho.

Tony was great! He was very helpful and inviting. This was our second reservation as the previous hotel we stayed at was terrible. We had a great room right next to the pool and our kids enjoyed the stay! The breakfast was a grab and go bag that had lots of options; cereal, granola bars, yogurts, muffins, juice, soy and regular milk. They also provided 15% off coupons to the restaurant next door!

The attentive staff was excellent. They gave good service in a Minnesota style.
I didn't like the temperature of the water in the pool and jacuzzi. Since I was there for over a week, the explanation that "the facility was just cleaned" is not a satisfactory answer for the cold water. Water should heat up after one week.
