Convenient, clean, roomy. Very nice. Great breakfast, beautiful facility.

TV Channel selections. For one night no problem but if staying a week not good. Going to be back for a week so called to hotel within sight and checked their channel selections and booked our week there. Quite lacking in customer service. Entered hotel, gal with head down looking at computer in countertop says, " drivers license and credit card." That was it. It is ok to welcome people and hope they enjoy their stay or actually look at the drivers license and see they were from 6 states away and welcome them to MN.

My husband enjoyed the breakfast--pancakes, waffles. Our dog enjoyed the bacon and sausage :D Nice that they allow dogs. I'm gluten free by necessity not choice, so I appreciated the fruit and hard-boiled eggs. Pool was nice, room was nice.

I thought I was getting a room with a kitchenette, but our room only had a tiny refrigerator and a tiny sink. a Microwave would have been great, so I wouldn't have to go to the lobby in my pj's to use a microwave. The only thing we could walk to was a pizza place. We had to drive to the grocery store and mall. Nice area, but you need a car to get around.

The room was large and very nice, very clean. we had a large sofa and a large TV that could be adjusted toward the sofa or bed. The staff were very friendly and loved the dog we brought. the breakfast had many options and was excellent. the pool looked nice but I didn’t use it. also the fitness room was large and offered more than what is typical at hotels.

we were in the fifth floor so our room tended to get hot. it was a little too hot to sleep in the evening. we also had some loud individuals in our hall but really couldn’t hear them much in our room.

I liked that it was family friendly. The staff were welcoming and the housekeeping did a fantastic job at keeping the place looking and smelling great. Close to restaurants, businesses and close to the I494 ramps.

Breakfast ends early and seating downstairs is limited and crowded. Bedding and towels could use some updating. Seen reviews about small bathrooms which is true but the space in our room was worth having a smaller bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Kelly, whose last name I don't know. In general they went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The room was a comfortable size and I appreciated the way the TV was set up.

It's just that this particular location needs renovation. The fridge was loud and I kept have to move it around to get it quieter. The bathroom didn't have any towel racks. The room looked a little worse for wear, stains on couch, beds were a bit soft and older, everything seemed a little dated.

Breakfast was good. They provided a lot of choices in terms of food options. Would like better options for coffee. I also was able to charge my electric vehicle overnight to a full charge which made the time it takes to keep my car working less on the road.

There was a smell in the room which seemed to be from cleaning supplies that were not completely dry in the carpet. It went away through the time I was there with the air conditioner on.

Hyatt @ Eden Prairie had free parking, free full breakfast and free wireless internet. All of those features are things we look for when traveling. The hotel was located within 15 minutes of all the other locations we wanted to visit. Restaurants were close and served delicious food.

I understand being short staffed (I deal with it at my place of employment). But it would have been nice to have bed made by staff during our stay. But I must admit, I do appreciate front desk staff explaining the situation at the beginning of the stay. Also, front desk staff made it clear, items we may need are available (towels, soap, etc). They explained simply come to front desk and ask, they will get whatever items we need. And they did.

I loved the fact we had a space for beds and then a couch. We were there for our son’s wedding and it was nice to have a separate space to just sit and relax!

Breakfast was picked up earlier than we realized. My wife went to get breakfast on Monday am at 9:30 and everything was picked up. It would have been nice to have had at least some fresh fruit she could have grabbed.

clean rooms, air conditioned comfort, nice room layout, quiet overall area where hotel is located, close to restaurants and amenities, good breakfasts, clean overall facility. Elevators worked well, ice machine was fine, clean and tidy hallways, inviting.

Only drawback was swimming pool area untidy, pool had too much chlorination to swim in for any length of time, pool water murky and not clear. Not inviting to swim in the space, which I was looking forward to doing.

After getting a room that had some issues with water damage/leak, we were moved to a room with the same accommodations and no issues. We enjoyed our stay and had restful sleep most nights, although our neighbors were noisy at night and woke us up a few times with their loud talking and screaming. Overall a great stay especially for the value and for the quick turnaround on our issue with the original room.

The breakfast options were decent, however with so many food allergies these days, having different options and more variety from day to day would have been better. Also, would have loved having the option of complimentary coffee throughout the day and/or bottled water given at checkout.
