I was in town for a conference and stayed one night. Check in was quick and easy. I requested a rollaway bed and A/C filter change and by the time I got upstairs to my room the bed was being rolled towards me and the maintenance guy was walking out of my room with the old filter. I was shocked and impressed at how efficient they were! By far the best check in process I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was clean. The bathroom was a nice size and the bed was pretty comfy. The lobby is nice and bright and they have a water (with lemon) dispenser where you can fill up a cup on your way to your room. The gym looked nice with new equipment. I didn’t see the pool.

Walls were pretty thin. No vent in the bathroom & breakfast area (where you self-serve food) was a little tight but that’s it.

Everything was perfect. We had a pleasant stay, in a comfortable room. And the staff was always happy to help if we had a question or needed something.

Only had two complaints. Got a back ache from the bed. But I think that I am just used to a former mattress. Not their fault. Second complaint was just that there was no hot top in the pool area. My partner had a back ache, and one would have been beneficial. But we knew that they didn't behave in one before we even arrived. So, again, our problem, not the hotel's.

Always a comfortable stay. Nice amenities.

The price for our stay was much higher than the last time we stayed, which was on a weekend as well. It's a nice hotel but not worth the cost.

The property is fairly new, everything looked cleaning and welcoming. Our room was clean, tall ceilings, very nice bathroom and shower, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good as well.

It was very clean, staff was friendly, great location.

The only thing I would change is the toilet paper holders. Had to take the rolls out, they wouldn't turn

I liked the ease of checking in but they billed me for the room before I even got to the hotel.

The heater was so loud that it woke us up several times in the night. Breakfast was minimal .

My husband had surgery next to the hotel. It was very convenient for me to go back and forth to see him. My family came and stayed with me and the children enjoyed the pool. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff very attentive to our needs.

The front desk person when we checked in seemed preoccupied. A smile and a more welcoming greeting would be nice.

The whole experience was very good. I came late on day 1 and stayed late on day 2 without problem. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good and better than I expected.

The room seemed brand new. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Bathroom clean and spacious.
