Location was excellent, close to all Little Caesars, Comerica and Ford Field. Good sized unit that was really well appointed. Really clean and fairly quiet. We could only hear other guests when they were in the hall. Parked at the Garage on Times Sq, just behind the Mint House building. $24 for 24 hours which was fair, given the location. The garage was clean and well lit

We couldn’t get the heat adjusted and we’re too warm. The ceiling fans helped and we were able to open a window to cool it down a bit. We didn’t get an email with entry instructions until I called the 1-855 number, once we were onsite. Entry into the building: use the access code provided but don’t stand too close to the door or it will not open. We were stuck outside a couple of times until we figured that out.

The space, very nice high ceiling. The whole place came with cute little amenities that collared with my rushed planning lol. The building felt safe and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. A home away from home. Staffing through call was super helpful, I wouldn’t be able to get in if it weren’t for them. Was clean and comfortable. Lovely view and awesome lighting and window with fat ledges.

The shower curtain was not long enough no matter how closed the water went straight to the floor so a towel had to be put on the floor for each shower.

The location cannot be beat. Close to everything and public transportation, this exceptional place is big, comfortable, and loaded with cool features like a full kitchen, large living room, and two spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. So much room to spread out. Plus, we had an inquiry that was handled immediately. This isn't a hotel, per se, as there are permanent people living in the building, but it is super cool and very quiet. Plus, we spotted a pool table and a foosball table, so that's cool too.

You just have to be patient with the front door when you wait for it to open, but that is such a minor, minor inconvenience. We had no issues and got in every time we tried, but just be aware that there is a small delay.

Stylish apartment, well-located. While no on-site staff, I received quick responses to queries via the booking.com messaging. Great facilities, and appreciated the coffee set up and laundry pods.

The main entrance was a bit unclear the first few times. Once figured out it was fine, but I wouldn't consider the building to be very secure in that regard. The walls were pretty thin... I was conscious about making noise after realising how clearly I could hear crying kids next door. It didn't disrupt my sleep or comfort however.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of downtown just a few minutes walk from The Filmore, perfect for our stay after a concert. Great attention to detail and all the facilities you need. Hosts were quick to respond to communications. Would highly recommend.

Adding that it is the 'Philip Houze' building may help guests to locate the building as we had difficulty finding it. Also, we helped several guests access the main door as instructions were quite complicated.

The rooms were well appointed and everything was functional. Bathrooms were nice and they had coffee! Always an appreciated touch. We left a wallet in the room and they contacted us right away and agreed to over night it. I appreciated that the most.

The check in process is all digital. It is cumbersome and can be a pain. I am not the most agreeable when it comes to sharing personal information with third parties. This is part of the process that could be improved upon, in my opinion.

It's clean, convenient location, comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Great price. No problems with noise at all. The minor only issue at first was accessing the building from the main entrance....there's a lag between the voice stating me to enter and the door unlocking which caused a bit of panic in the middle of the night. Staff were polite and supportive when I called for access details.

The mattress in the pullout is fairly wire-y.

The property was beautiful! I was really impressed with the apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked in the kitchen. I thought it was an easy check-in process (although the front lag on the door is a minor inconvenience) & the building did feel secure. The parking garage was a 2 minute walk next door which was nice.

The pull out sofa was incredibly squeaky/uncomfortable but again a minor inconvenience.

The property was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great for a quick get away. It’s within walking distance to all downtown Detroit locations including Comerica park and Ford field.

No parking at the building, however, this turned out to be a minor issue as there are two parking lots behind the building (2min walk $24 for 24 Hours). The building access is a little finicky, but again very minor.

The studio apartment is spacious, with high ceilings and a very comfy king size bed. the kitchen has all the amenities with an island counter and coffee maker. tons of towels, which is a plus !

there is no luggage storage in the building nor in other Mint Houses in detroit, which was annoying. there is a ups store that can store your luggage for a fee, but I wish there was a locker system available.
