The location is what exceeded my expectations after having stopped in various Red Roof hotels along my road-trip, prior to this one. The huge grass area around the hotel was appreciated since I had pets: not your usual gas station landscape of nowhere zones but instead an organic grocery store and a Panera soon to open! It felt safe and I did walk at night quite a bit just to walk the pooches. My room was clean, functional, spacious, well designed. I didn't hear traffic or neighbors at night. The cleaning person came right before and after I left and was pleasant. The reception person was exceptionally attentive, etc. Wait for it: there was a complimentary breakfast to go. When you are driving somewhere else, this was appreciated (bars, yogurt, and drink) Happy customer here.

I did see some people living in the hotel long term though, and that´s always dicey as people tend to be louder. yet, asI said above, I didn´t hear anything at night.

This hotel is very expensive for what it is, basically a motel. It does appear they are upgrading though. The room was clean and comfortable and near transportation to the stadium, which is the reason why you are paying so much. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally gracious and helpful. There is a nice fire outside to hang out by.

Not unexpectedly, a lot of late night revelers the night before the game.

The staff were very nice, the room was clean mostly, except for the floor, and the bedding was comfortable.

The floor should have been cleaner. It would be nice to have more of a continental breakfast. There were only granola bars. However, I was not feeling well, and they brought the bag to my room.

It was very clean, desk cleark was friendly he even called to check thatt everything was good.

The furniture was not in good condition for instance the drawers wouldn't open easily they were crooked. There were lots of pplugs but no usb plugs. Also I was not able to get the room a nice temperature adjusting the ac it was to hot or to cold. Also no vending machines.

The bed was so comfy! You access your room from the outside, which I liked more since it was easy to bring in luggage from the vehicle.

The walls in the room need a good wash. Unfortunately because of the stress access, the window brought in a lot of light. The facility is also under construction and it made it difficult to get into the parking lot.

the lady that checked me in (i can’t remember her name but she had short red and black hair) was SO sweet and made me feel safe. our group slept really well and the room was easy to move around in with our bags.

the lights took a minute to turn on but that’s it.

Clean affordable and friendly the staff are more than happy to help you with an extended stay.

It had a bit of construction going on that didn't make it look very nice. Access to 2nd floor rooms is an outdoor staircase that can easily be blocked if other guests decide to smoke there. I also didn't like staying with my mother in law but that's not their fault.

There wasn't any breakfast because there wasn't space. The was a whole wall missing from the lobby. The front desk staff was friendly and explained the missing wall and the lack of towels. This was one of the last rooms in the town. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The dogs were barking next door. The bathroom was very small.

Red roof was excellent the booking.com was terrible made arrangements on line AFTER tax was a total of 188.00 for three nights when we got there total was 215.00 told them they said there was a mistake any way they fixed it red roof is sending a refund of 40.00 back redroof would stay again BOOKING .COM WILL NEVER USE ! PS. THEY ARE OUT OF THE NEVERLAND!

Staff went absolutely over and above to accommodate our safety needs as well as exceptional guest service and friendly communications with every single staff member we interacted with.

Several lights in room didn't work.
