Amber at the desk was amazing she went above and beyond for us. She set the ac so it was already cool in the room she made sure we had a place to park our truck and trailer that was safe and out of the way of others. She was kind and friendly i will go out of my way to stay here again when im in the area. It was clean the bed was super comfy i had plenty of pillows to choose from for my sensitive shoulders and neck the pool area is nice as well.

I had to leave early for work so i couldn't enjoy a longer stay

The hotel lobby and rooms were clean and comfortable. The outside, especially, around the pool, could definitely use some attention.The pool itself, was small, but pretty clean. Our room was clean & comfortable. We were able to get extra towels when we needed them.The staff went out of the way to help me find some information I was looking for. For the price, it's hard to beat!

Not much to complain about. We had requested a smoking room, but didn't get it. That said, we spent some time in the outdoor smoking area. That area could definitely use some cleaning up, because rude people throw their butts on the ground. Maybe, some more trash cans and ashtrays in the area would help. Also, it would be nice if the pool opened a little earlier, it's open from 10am - 10pm. It would have been nice to take a dip before we got on the road

Obi made our check in amazing. We had four rooms in total. The rest of the staff during the 5 days stay wasn't so friendly. I spoke to one lady and she didnt even speak back.

Some of the employees who dont speak nor smile. I understand we all go through things she may was having a bad day but there was no need for your personal life affect your business.

The price of the room was good, & it was clean.

There was an odor when we first walked in, that was probably coming from the carpet. Replacing the carpet, or at least shampooing it, should make a difference. I would say the mattress was the deal breaker for me. It was way too soft & gave little to no support for your back & joints.

We enjoyed the entire stay, the staff was very nice and professional. The room was good also. We booked online weeks in advance, and I'm glad we did because they were sold out when we got there. We will be back for sure.

There seemed to be a slight air flow issue in the room. The only place we got air was by the fan in the corner. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The price was very good and the location was close to many restaurants and shopping

My room hairdryer didn't work and the back stairs to the hotel was not clean the light fixtures coming up to the 2nd floor wasvfull of dead bugs in it . That really needs to be taken care of.

I liked that the room had a couch in it also.we also enjoyed the location of where it was located and the price for the size of the room was decent. I also likes that there was a nice size vanity in the room. I also liked that their was a nice mini fridge and freezer.

The bed was alot harder and firm than I wanted.

I appreciate the staff at this hotel they were awesome. Ms. Tiffany, the head shift manager, and the housekeeping crew. You all are awesome and very hospitalitable.

I didn't like that we didn't have more options for breakfast.for instance eggs, some type of meat, or fruit.

Rooms were quite.

Went to breakfast lounge at 8am... Only 2 slices of bread and a heel left. No butter or milk for the cereal, 3 oat meal packs or 1 packet of grits that were left. I did get the last cup of coffee! 😁

For a night it was fine Breakfast wasn’t worth waiting for

My booking was not placed correctly by booking.com I had to pay for the room twice I changed the day for a week later and booking was canceled and reordered under the cancelled account So the payment card (expired) according to staff at hotel
