the front desk staff and the amenities were wonderful. They were truly so kind and helpful with every question and request we had. the location was perfect and convenient, but was also far enough away that we could easily have a quiet nights sleep.

the black out curtains weren’t really blackout curtains, they were pull down vinyl shutters that still let light in. the facilities also were not the cleanest. There were dirty dishes still left in the dishwasher and even in the cabinet. the toilet plunger still had feces on it from a previous resident and left a poop ring on the ground. we cleaned all of these issues up ourselves, but I’m sure if we had asked the front desk, they would have had it all taken care of.

The location was good, and the person at the concierge desk was friendly and gave excellent advice.

The valet parking scratched the side of our car. The staff also promised to have a manager follow up with a phone call about the incident, and never did. Oh, and the front desk charged us $20 for internet, which should have been free. Lesson learned, inspect the bill carefully, and get a police report for car damage before leaving the hotel.

The property was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. I was really impressed with the pool table and other activities they had there for our enjoyment and entertainment. The rooms were nice and cozy like small apartments. I enjoyed the courtyard pool and the pool view, and the best part, the hotel was within walking distance from the French quarter and the convention center.

The reservation didn't transmit from Booking.com and I had to pay second time for a room that was smaller to accommodate 5 people. Had to spend 1 hour on phone and solve the issue by myself when it was the issue between the hotel and Booking.com and still the refund wasn't issued. Would appreciate more attention from the hotel administration to issues like this and expedite the refund,since it wasn't our fault that the reservation didn't transmit. We made the reservation months ahead and prepaid for the room only to arrive with 3 children and be asked to solve the issue by ourselves.

Everything we wanted was within walking distance but far enough not to be disturbed. The kitchenette was a wonderful surprise in the room.

Would have been nicer not to have to call for clean up of the room, maid service. Breakfast wasn't self serve. Paying for parking when close parking areas are not accessible and relatively expensive.

The hot breakfast served was wonderful. It was nice to see the hotel go out of its way to serve something other than toast, bagels and donuts.

Didn’t like the early check in charge of $25. Was told if the room was available, we could get in early. Got to the hotel at 8:30 am to unload luggage and was told room was ready but there was this $25 charge.

everything about the property and my stay was amazing. concierge Dave, Glenn, and Jessica were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what NOLA has to offer. I appreciate the front desk staff such as Rickie and Destiny who treat me like family. The gym was so clean you can eat off the floor. I appreciate the breakfast set where they had a crew to serve the breakfast who were clean and smiled every morning, what a great way to start the day. There was one severer at the breakfast who seemed like she was in a bad mood every time iI saw her (short, mature, plus size, and spoke Spanish). She seemed as if she was stuck doing a shift she did not want. She did not give me and trouble nor was she rude but her attitude needs to be adjusted. To look mean first thing in the morning and not seem welcoming is not how people should be greeted. Everyone else said good morning and smile especially the young women who wore a ponytail and spoke Spanish. She was very welcoming. Nonetheless I had an amazing week this hotel.

The Location, the gym, the laundry room, and of course the room. Lord a mercy the rooms!!! it had everything!!! I love it.

The place, it is safe and quiet. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable

The price (too high), the dining room is too small and dirty, not enough room for everyone to sit at breakfast. The swiming-pool is small and in a hallway, in between two blocks of rooms with all the noisy A/C right in your face as you lie on a deckchair next to the pool...There are some games in the hall on the first floor but they're broken or incomplete.

I enjoyed the room and the amenities. I thought the staff was very courteous and friendly. Everyone was professional and hospitable.

The ONLY disappointment was the hotel breakfast. I was appalled to come to a New Orleans hotel and not have FRESH authentic New Orleans cuisine served for breakfast. There was NO reason the hotel couldn't have hired a few short order cooks to create made-to-order omelettes or New Orleans specialties for the patrons especially for the price of the rooms. I have been to hotels that did this and the price per day was much cheaper.
