Best Western Bayou Inn and Suites

Everything about the room was fantastic Exceptionally clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful The breakfast was fresh all morning. I will definitely be returning to this location

I loved it I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend anyone staying here or only is the guy who owns it extremely nice but there’s one in particular lady who cleans for him she was the sweetest person by far that had to be the owner sister or something because they were both very very sweet

it was the best I’ve slept in a long time. The rooms were very very clean. I felt safe with Owner. He’s a big Mike I don’t wanna mess with you guy so I knew that he would tackle somebody like football player. And wrap them up a little bit. If anything funny was to happen lol just kidding but overall I love this place. The price is great very accommodating. The whole hotel was extremely clean. I would definitely stay here even over any of the casino hotels I only have the staff friendly and accommodating I thought safe the hotel is the cleanest I’ve ever seen in my life, but it felt like I was at home, and that to me means more than anything so thank you guys for making me feel that way

the was a cleaning staff lady cleaning the breakfast area, Breakfast was over but she was very helpful and even gave us a piece of fruit from her own lunch, excellent staff member only wished I had gotten her name to mention her in this eval.

front desk personnel told us the wrong times for breakfast. when we got there it was already over. not very good customer service.

I loved the room....I had a suite with a living room separate from the bed room....it was real comfortable the thing i liked the most was it had two televisions one in the living room and one in the bedroom.....

I think the bathroom could use a little upgrade....i feel it should have a shower with no tub that way it would give the bathroom a little more room.....

Because of the humidity, the rooms were a bit musty. Perhaps, for the summer/hotter months, a de-humidifier is needed.

I love the hotel, my family and I always stay there when we come to Lake Charles Louisiana. The only thing that I had an issue was there was no towels.

They were out of eggs. But the beverages were nice and cold. Biscuits were good. Coffee was good. It was enough. Staff was very nice and polite. Very pleasant atmosphere. And quiet sleep. I would stay again.

Power went out, but came back in about 1/2 hour. So, no problems. The whole block was out, not just the hotel.

Very clean which is my number one thing I check for upon entering a hotel, the breakfast was great, enjoyed the pool, and the ice machine came in very handy.

The only thing I did not like was how the bathroom door opens so close to the front door. My daughter smashed her finger once upon entering.
