The room was very nice. I was disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned up and water bottles not given for the coffee the next day. So we just left early sunday to stop and get coffee. Also we were given only one towel and one hand towel. We had to find hospitality to get an extra towel and a wash cloth.

We didn’t like the. Fact no one was winning. We didn’t either. Slots were too cold. Saturday afternoon we ended up going over to Golden Nugget and wow what a difference. Lot more restaurants, very nice pool and we we’re having fun winning on the slots. We asked about the pool at Horseshoe and they said it was closed until further notice. We took our swim suits and never used them.

Hotel was closed after bad hurricane a few years ago. Hotel has been renovated by new owners and is very nice but a minor glitches here and there. (bathroom door did not close, painter's tape still in a few places) Loved the Jose Eber toiletries, comfy beds and linens. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

No pool- no gym-yet. Unfortunately hotel is located next to Interstate 10, a very, very busy freeway-lots of noisy traffic all night. There is also a railway next to hotel and yes, a train roared by-horns and all- at 5:00 a.m.

Enjoyed our time here. Was not overly crowded. There were plenty of slots to play. The staff were very friendly. The hotel room was a great price. It was very roomy, very clean and the beds were comfy. Added bonus was a great view of the lake. I had been worried about staying here and playing here after reading several negative reviews. But we had a very nice stay!

The only small complaint I have is that the hotel room could have been a bit cooler. I had my small fan, so everything worked out fine.

I liked the casino floor it was pretty cool and the security was nice to have there we stayed there when it was the island of Capri I think you've done some really nice upgrades

You haven't finished the restaurants or anything but that's understandable it looks like it's going to be really upgraded the pool though is not covered with any shade during the day so we weren't going to go and get into the pool where the sun is baking the entire area

Our main concern staying at a casino was that parking would be a problem and it would be a long trip from the parking lot, through the casino, and to our room. This proved not to be the case. The parking lot was smaller and not any farther to the room than at most hotel/motels. The room was just perfect with a sofa and two comfortable side hairs.

There was no breakfast provided and we would have enjoyed that.

The staff was very nice and went out their way to make sure you was satisfied with the accommodation. The rooms are amazing and comfortable. I also enjoyed the food and the drinks. The games were nice.

It was a little bit of construction going on that had it kind of confusing. I seen a sign that said pool but I didn't see one. That would be a very nice thing to have there.

Property is new and the staff were very friendly and attentive. lots of plugs in room for electronic devices.

The room was not very clean and housekeeping didn’t clean our room even though we left it about 45 from checkout. there is a nearly $20 per day resort fee which is ridiculous, they don’t have any amenities to pay extra for. No valet parking and no room service.

Stayed 2 nights ,enjoyed the newly remodeled hotel rooms / casino. Very clean and spacious in the casino area as well in the rooms.

Was alitte hot in the room at times even though the thermostat was set at 65 but comfortable. *Air conditioner was loud while it was on, had to turn up the volume on tv .

Nice big sized rooms. Small casino area, but friendly staff.

No chairs on the patio of the room, paint half-done. They charged extra for a resort fee which is ridiculous considering it is hardly a resort.

Spacious rooms.

No breakfast facilities. Had to go to the bar for a cup of coffee. Limited to fast food pizza, an Asian noodles place, and Brews Brothers pub style restaurant. Waiter atBrews not skilled. Confused our order and bill with another table.
