Hilton Garden Inn Elizabethtown

The room was very clean, the bed was also very clean, no stains on anything and it was comfortable. While in the room in the evening it was very quiet. Everything in the room worked as expected, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Maids were very over worked abut were still very nice and polite. There was also plenty of linen in the bathroom for two people with out having to call for extras!!

This property was way nicer than the places I typically stay for work (when I'm the one paying). Everything about the property was top notch. Even the bed was amazingly comfortable, which is not typical as I prefer a softer mattress than is typically found in a hotel. Everything was absolutely wonderful!

The breakfast was an additional $10 per person (I passed on that) for the exact same breakfast that most other and much less expensive properties include in the room for no additional charge. C'mon Hilton, you can do better....

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious.

The bathroom in the lobby was dirty and messy all weekend. The room bathroom door is a sliding door that will catch your fingers if you aren’t careful. It also leaves a crack between the door and wall when shut. I was not impressed with the shower head, it wasn’t very powerful. Also, the toilet paper holder didn’t catch the toilet paper well, causing the roll to fling off every time it was used.

Big was not really comfortable and didn't seem like a queen bed. Pressure in shower was the greatest. Also I believe breakfast should be included like years ago. It was a buffet and if we wanted to eat it was 14.00 a person. On the website it said breakfast included.

The receptionist was over and beyond friendly they made me laugh when I went down and asked for cups and change for a 20 and it just it lightened the atmosphere I'm very please with the people that work there very pleasant stay thank you very much

It was higher than what y'all quoted me but that was because of the Kentucky Derby going on and I'm good with that it's just I wasn't going to Kentucky Derby I was there to spend time with my son and got charged double what it would been if it wouldn't have been the race

What breakfast? For the price of the room, there should have been at least a grab bag breakfast. (Unless we just weren’t told?) I wanted to get a paper receipt at the desk in the morning, but there was no one there. The front desk staff was out helping someone? What if another group needed help? I feel like there should always be someone available at the front desk, so maybe hire more personnel. The room was clean enough, but the beds were a bit hard. Nice shower for sure. Plenty of traffic noise, but quiet inside the hotel. About $30 dollars more a night, with pretty much the same quality rooms

Everything was modern, clean, staff was efficient. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.

Did not like that you had to pay for breakfast. Our meal with Silver Status would have been the same as eating at Cracker Barrel next door. We have never paid for breakfast at a Hampton or Hilton and never will.!

Nice sized room, nice and clean public areas, and very helpful, pleasant staff. Everything was very clean and fresh. The hotel was sold out but it was not noisy.

A/c was loud and the shower was weak. Also, sliding bathroom door was remarkably heavy.

The fire alarm came on at 11:30 PM once while people were fast asleep and had to run our only to be told it was a false alarm. I’ve irony of it is that they make a good effort to to clean the facilities and to social distance the but all that was negated when the fire alarm went off and all the guests were jam packed down the stairway. The false alarm left a bad impression with me.

Nice Place. Very pleasant employees at the desk and the food area.

Very confusing about the breakfast that came with the room for extra. it costs more but is a generic bar next to better food you have to buy.
