Comfort Suites Danville

Breakfast was very good. Reception Clerk (Swing-Shift) needs to work on his customer skills. Not very friendly. Was sitting in Lobby on his cell phone. Answered very abruptly to questions. Graveyard Clerk was very nice and willing to answer questions. Except, he could not answer the question as to why there was a charge on my bill for the safe in the room. He was not told by management that there would be a charge for a safe whether it was used or not.

A CHARGE FOR THE ROOM SAFE WHETHER IT IS USED OR NOT WHICH WE DID NOT USE IT. I HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR A SAFE IN ALL MY YEARS OF TRAVEL. COMFORT SUITES IS THE FIRST.

Everything. It was incredibly clean and customer service exceeded expectations. Austin actually read the note that I attached to the booking, upgraded our room as we checked in and proceeded to talk us into extending our stay. Worked out perfectly! The young man that was being trained when we checked in, Denzel, was quick to make suggestions and was also super friendly. They even found us a fan to use during our stay as we had left ours at home and can’t sleep well without one.

The breakfast was great, The best breakfast I've ever been offered with lots of choices. It makes the price of the room worth it. The location was perfect for everything we needed to do. We will definitely stayi here again

The Pool area would be my only complaint. It wasn't as clean & classy as the rest of the hotel. The Pool needs to be cleaned better.

Rooms were clean and close together as requested. Beds were very comfortable. For it being a free Breakfast it was good too. Location was close to shaker village, it was just about 15 minutes away.

We wished the pool stayed open later. It closed a little too early for us. Some places have the pool open 24 hours which is nice.

the gentleman at check in treated the person on the phone with the same respect he gave us. Breakfast was great. The lady was on the ball and kept everything hot and full. The bathroom was spotless. The mirror had 0 streaks after a hot shower and even the exhaust fan was clean.

Not having a hot tub on a balcony overlooking the rocky mountains?

the breakfast was hot the area was very clean and enjoy the staff. they were very pleasent and friendly, I will book a stay at comfort Inn again.

nothing that was the best hotel i've been in lately, enjoyed the pool also, great hospitality, forgot my card in the room and they gave me another one and we joked about it.

It was very quiet and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was amazing. The pool looked nice but unfortunately we didn’t have time to swim.

We had to move our microwave in order for it to work. I’m pretty sure the original outlet it was plugged into wasn’t working.

Breakfast was good with plenty of selection. Crowded at times. Location was great. Staff was helpful.

No one at front desk when checking in. I had to call the hotel to get someone to the front desk. They were very kind and apologetic when they arrived.

Good location- very clean and comfortable

TV didn’t work at all in our room 219. The front desk staff tried it fix it but said they’d been having problems with several…most likely needed Spectrum to come and fix it. We could have switched rooms but didn’t arrive until 6:30 and had already unpacked so we did without.

clean 2/3 of employees were great-one, not so much

I was instructed per note in room to REQUEST room service-I DID-(to the Sunday morning desk)but NEVER received it. I only needed beds made -NOT new linens; & fresh towel sets. Had to go before bath time to get 3 towels. nd washcloths-no hand towels, nor floor mat….& ONLY 3-for 3 guests-(no hair towels)….
