New and clean, stylish facility with friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location just across the river from downtown Cincinnati. Free parking in garage. Decent price.

Immediate neighborhood didn’t seem so interesting and was a bit worn looking, but didn’t matter to us since we drove to Cincinnati for entertainment.

The bed although small it was so comfortable. Our room was clean. The front desk lady have us awesome advice on where to eat at a smoke house and ice cream. She was so pleasant. I can't remember her name but she worked on April 24, 2021 around noon. She was amazing and needs a raise!!!!

I first booked a king room and ask the front desk for a double queen because I have my daughter with us, if she would have said the couch pulled out to a bed I would have kept my king and bed a little more comfortable as my husband is over 6'and takes up most of the bed. We were also hoping to swim in the pool and relax in the hot tub but that isn't in the hotels hands.

Great location! Had a nice afternoon in the cool downtown Covington area and then had a easy ride to the game. We walked back to enjoy the nice evening.

The A/C in the room didn’t work great and leaked water on carpet.

Hotel was clean and modern. I liked the daily popcorn.

I wish they still had the pool and hot tub. I also wished there was some level of continental breakfast.

Staff was so friendly, very nice! Room was extremely clean & bed looked so comfortable! This room did have a river view but window was a bit small to look out. Other than pool & hot tub being closed it was a nice place

I was a bit upset that I had hoped the pool & hot tub would be open but bc of covid I didn't find out until I arrived that they were closed down. I wish it would have mentioned that on the site.

I was disappointed that they didn't have complimentary coffee in the morning and the room coffee was not good. The lactation is conveniently located but it's in a pretty rough area.

Wasn't at the facility much. Just to sleep. We were in town for a funeral.

For the price the room was small and no balcony. Room was clean and everything else was nice! No matter what kind of bed there is, I have to sleep sitting up. It's hard to accommodate that..

Had a small hiccup at check in but everyone went above and beyond to fix things

Did not take the bag breakfast, but others in group did, it looked ok. I thought the atmosphere of the hotel was nice with the fireplace in the lobby and outside patio area. the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Not having a plastic cup in the room to get a drink of water and having to ask for a bar of soap for the room. They did tell us at the desk we could request anything we needed but I didn't think of the cup until I was in my PJs, late at night.

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Across the river from Cincinnati.. Fast food restaurants nearby for late night food run. We had a room with a view of bridge going across the river and Cincinnati. Had secure parking for only $10. Overall happy with this hotel.
