We stayed in September 2023 for a family weekend visit to Mammoth Cave. The hotel is very close to the park, clean, beds were comfortable, front desk was helpful. Breakfast included waffles, fruit, pastries, cereal, toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee/tea/juice and milk. The breakfast attendant was always refilling the food and cleaning the tables, so it was well stocked and clean.

The pool is tiny, and I didn't have an issue with the elevator, but it makes a weird sound and shakes, so it made me slightly nervous.

Teresa was very accommodating at the front desk. She helped to make our stay great. She was very friendly and welcoming. Teresa was able to check us in early and assisted us when we had an issue with the shower. The maintenance man fixed the shower issue quickly. The room was a delight! Quiet, clean, the right temp, dark at night, and comfortable! Great sleep!! Absolutely loved having a shower with no tub or shower curtain attacking me. The only thing I would change would be the location of the hairdryer. It needs to be closer to the mirror. Also, eggs and sausage would be a nice addition to a “hot breakfast”.

Excellent hotel with great hospitality and friendly service at check-in. King bed suite was spacious, clean and upgraded with firm & comfy bed, plenty of pillows, stall shower with hose and spacious for handicap. Our Suite room location on 2nd floor away from elevators was perfectly quiet for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was included but we left early, however, we could see dinning room area was spacious and clean. Front desk staff very friendly. We will return and highly recommend this location.

Insufficient towels. Other than hand towels, 2 bath towels were in bathroom for 2 guests. Also, couldn't get Wi-Fi connection.

the lady who checked me in on 11/9/22 at 22:00 was so nice. I didn’t catch her name but she went above and beyond. The hotel was really clean and seemed fairly new. Side doors were locked and key card access only, no scary people in the parking lot. We did not swim but popped in the pool area and it was really nice!!

The breakfast was alright, the yogurt tasted weird and was some off brand. They had hot waffle and eggs with sausage, it was mediocre and we had to spend money elsewhere. The arcade was a nice bonus but the games seem to be rigged to make it almost impossible to win, we spent a decent amount and didn’t even leave with a tootsie roll.

The bathroom was just a walk in shower which was nice w/ the little kids. It was a very family friendly place. We saw a lot of other families there.

The break fast was pretty standard it could have used a little bit more on it. They don't clean rooms unless you ask which is fine but we had to keep getting towels at the desk. The pool was nice but it was a little cold considering it was indoors.

I thought the breakfast was very good, lots of healthy choices. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

There were only two things we did not like. One was when the air came on you could not hear the TV and you had to turn it up real loud. The other thing was the indoor pool was very cold and we had been looking forward to relaxing in it before going to bed. On Monday it was bearable and we stayed in it about 15 minutes but on Tuesday it was not warm at all.

I’m traveling solo on a road trip, this was the rest stop near Mammoth Caves for a night. The room was clean and comfortable. my body sure appreciated the firm bed. It’s convenient off the highway with what you need nearby.

It isn’t the most sound proof building, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to noise. also breakfast is just continental but you have fast food and a Cracker Barrel just outside.

Very clean, close to everything, quiet, indoor pool and mini arcade for the kids, and breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Check-in took a long time. There was only one man checking in a line of people. There was no tub in our room, only a stand-up shower. Other than that, everything was great.

Spacious room and a game room with a few old school games and especially the air hockey was great. We were traveling across country and stayed in multiple hotels in multiple cities/states. This hotel was our favorite! Very clean, spacious, felt safe, quiet, close to a few restaurants and our Mammoth cave tour. Would absolutely stay again.

Only thing we didn't like was the bathroom door was squeaky and quite loud

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, very accommodating. The location was close to anything I wanted to do.

The water was very hot. They were in a drought, so I'll cut them some slack. Kids ran up and down the halls 1 morning, again not the hotels fault and I like to sleep past 8am.
