Comfort Inn & Suites Muncie

Hotel was nice, clean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, staff friendly.

The bathroom tiles were missing . Looked like the tiles cracked so they removed them and hadn’t yet replaced them. There was a large trash can with a butt hut on top of it, when you walked out the door you were hit with the cigarette smell.

Everything about that place was nice the staff the amenities really I couldn't find anything just third shift manager wasn't on the list

The hotel/motel reception clean breakfast was decent selfies they had provided weight room,pool, etc we're all and working order and clean as well. If I could find one thing that I didn't like that would be third shift manager or slash employee very rude with ignore you at times for example stood there needing an item for the room for 20 minutes to be asked rudely if I needed something of course I do you know why would I stand here for 20 plus minutes waiting for you to respond to me as he walked by me numerous times no eye contact

A sitting area outside. The weather was so beautiful that a little patio would have made for an excellent rating all the way down the line!

The young lady running the front desk was very friendly and truly made the difference for our stay. Her positive attitude and smile was such a nice welcome.

Compared to other hotels int the area, the price was a bit high. However, they were the only hotel, out of the eight that I called, that had a pool that was not currently being renovated.

The location was great and the facility was clean. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast could have been a little better. The eggs were a little soggy and I would have liked hot oatmeal with brown sugar.

Location was very convenient, service was great, and room was very clean.

The price, of course. Traveling to attend Ball State preview day, so I’m sure this is why prices were so high. The good thing is that I would not have picked this hotel. The hotel chains that I normally stay at — Marriott or Hilton — were booked.

It was very close to my daughter’s apartment and easily accessible for attending activities at BSU for my younger daughter’s meetings.

Our room was outside of a very bright parking lot and only the shears closed in our room, not the curtains. our room was very lit up, which made it difficult to sleep.

Excellent location, close to stores and restaurants. The pool was perfect for our kids and the breakfast was good.

The draft around the heating/cooling unit was really bad and it made the heat kick on a lot and it was really loud!

The breakfast was perfect. There were many different food choices. The dining area was very clean and well maintained. The staff was super nice and always courteous. Every member of the staff is happy to do anything you need to thoroughly enjoy your stay here. I cannot say enough good things about the Muncie, IN Comfort Inn! Keep up the good work!

room and bathroom was spacious and amenities were very helpful. bed was very comfortable.

the outside door was next to our room and i heard the door slam shut each time the guests entered and exited the hotel from about 5 o'clock in the morning.
