Holiday Inn Express & Suites Carmel North – Westfield, an IHG Hotel

It was decent for the most part the breakfast was great

I wasn’t happy about the pool being closed at all. That’s what I looked for when booking a hotel and there’s no mention that it’s closed until you’re there and it’s too late. $171 and no pool is unexceptional

Location was good & right off highway near convenient and box stores. Breakfast was good, but eggs have a lot to be desired - would be much better if used real eggs and not the powdered or liquid egg which were gross and cold.

Thought it was a little costly, but I guess it is a sign of the times. Pillows very flat - I had to put 3 together in order to have one pillow. Coffee spilt in the elevator never cleaned up. Really disliked the eggs at breakfast.

I needed to check in early and was allowed to do so. The staff were super friendly. The property was in good condition. It was located in a nice area with food places and stores near.

The shower door was on properly, so water got all over the floor. I also didn't like that the security latch was loose and needed to be tightened. It kinda looked like the door had been kicked in before

The girl that works overnight into the breakfast the next morning was phenomenal!! What a help and we wouldn't have had a positive review of it weren't for all she did... (Jennifer, or Jessica...?) But she was just so sweet and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. Hats off to her and you guys should feel fortunate to have someone as sharp as her representing you overnight. Her job is not easy tks again!

Difficult check in / booking arrangements were scattered . But it was our fault too

Breakfast was ok-better then some, but still not up to pre corona virus times. Room was nice, but asked to get a few things fixed and they were. Parking was great. Staff was superior!! Abraham and the day manager were great!

The cleaning team should have noted a dresser that was off level and the drawers were open. A desk chair had to have the arm tightened. The staff made up for any issues by being so cordial and helpful!

It was close to where we needed to be and it was comfortable. They were under construction while we stayed.

I don't recall disliking anything. Breakfast wasn't serviced super early so based on our schedule we couldn't eat.

located right off the expressway, really close. for some reason you heard no traffic sounds. nice looking facility. while it is not new it is well maintained. parking lot was in excellent shape, with plenty of parking available. our room was quiet and in perfect condition.

location was good. room was clean and comfortable.

insulation between rooms and floors lacking. We heard the people in the room above us walking around their room all night. All hotels in the area were more expensive than they should have been. I’ll chalk it up to a soccer tournament strangle hold on spaces.

While the breakfast was adequate, if you didn't like meat and eggs, there was no other hot option. Maybe add waffles, pancakes, or oatmeal as an option. Pool was pretty cold.

The overall experience was fun. The upkeep looked good. Good breakfast. Great friendly staff.

Like always the weekend kids team players. Soccer and baseball teams. The running up and down the halls.
