I loved the jacuzzi and pool layout. it’s a heated pool and the jacuzzi isn’t too hot. We came for my sons 4th birthday and he loved it very much.
For this to be a Hilton property I feel like their being cheap the rooms are freezing the thermostat only goes up to 80 degrees which really feels like 75 with a cold breeze. Not to mention it’s Illinois the windows have no insulation . Moral of the story it’s cold and the thermostat should definitely go past 80 degrees

Loved the staff, location, view, the shower & jet tub in the King executive suite was amazing. The shower in the morning was very refreshing, I enjoyed the complimentary waters and when our air in the room was blasting and the controls weren’t working, someone was up ASAP to help! The woman at the front desk was very friendly and made sure my 10 month old son was comfortable.
I don’t believe there was breakfast unfortunately.. room service was unavailable as well.

The beds and pillows were comfortable
Mattresses sit on a platform that extended 1-2 inches, and I kept jamming my shins into them. Also, the sink is in an alcove near the beds, so it's hard to keep quiet for sleeping companions.

I had the executive suite & it was a big spacious room w/ a matching jacuzzi bathroom. Perfect for the occasion & a great price!
I wanted to heat up my leftovers late at night to find out the room had a refrigerator but no microwave.

The breakfast restraunt was beautiful! The waiter was wonderful! He even brought my daughter cake (that was delicious) for her 13th bday❤❤Kayli2 at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay💜
