Other than being disturb by a knock on the door by hotel staff while i was sleeping and the do not disturb sign was hanging on the door, the suite was big, clean, quiet and comfortable.

I work nights and being that I work nights I have to sleep during the day. I always place the do not disturb sign on the door upon arrival to let them know to not knock or disturb me. On my last last visit, the hotel staff disturb my sleep for a cord for another guest TV after I got off work and I had been asleep for a couple of hours. I reminded him that I had the sign on the door for them to not disturb me. He did apologize but I could not go back to sleep afterwards and I had to return back to work that night. There was no meat option available for breakfast.

The staff was courteous, and there was fresh hot coffee when we checked in at 9 pm. There was a full breakfast bar, no breakfast bags being handed out. I asked for a ground floor room and they were very accommodating.

The pillows were small and uncomfortable. They carpet felt damp, but that could have been because of the humidity. It would be nice if they had wood or vinyl floors. More than one chair would have been nice.

Most of the room was very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The gentleman 3rd shift did not seem too well informed of ADA law regarding service animals. Did not give me a hard time about my medical alert dog (thankfully), but do wish staff was better informed of ada.gov website for future reference. Also needed to slide fridge to the side because we dropped something and you could tell it had not been cleaned under for a long time.

Breakfast was an abomination. There was Only a small scoop of eggs in the warming pan and they were browned on the bottom. Same with the sausage patties- almost burned on one side and so dry, they were not edible. Nothing was fresh on the breakfast bar.

We appreciated the cleanliness of both our room and the breakifast area. The staff was welcoming and helpful

Our shower in our room had good pressure and plenty of hot water. But the tub floor needs to be replaced (not just repaired) Would think the large crack in the floor is allowing water to go where it shouldn't....and probably develop mold.

The hotel and room were clean and spacious, and the parking was ample. Due to COVID restrictions, there was a grab and go breakfast provided, including a microwave breakfast sandwich, yogurt, oatmeal, and fruit.

At the time of our stay, the hotel and surrounding hotels were experiecing issues with their WIFI. There was no mention of this at the time of check-in. Instead, we spent 20+ minutes on the phone with guest services (call center) to correct the problem, as their was a card in the room stating to call if experiencing technical or connectivity problems. On our way out for dinner, we mentioned to the staff at the front desk, and they already knew of this problem. Sharing this information would have been helpful ahead of time.

We were in town to run a race at Rome Speedway. We got checked in around 12 am. The fellow at the desk greeted us with a smile and was very fast and efficient at checking us in. I had never stayed at Country Inn &Suites and was pleasantly surprised with the room. The bed was very comfortable.

Both times I’ve stayed here I come down around 8 for breakfast and there are little to no eggs, no sausage and no biscuits. The staff is in no hurry at all to replenish the food. several guests were complaining to each other as well. The breakfast is a huge factor in why I stay at Comfort Inns.

Love the room and people are friendly. Overall for price we keep staying at the hotel. Wish they brought back the breakfast. Overall stay was good.

Their was lots of water damage in our room. The outside needs so real maintenance. We also was across from the housekeeping closet and the door was left open and it was very messy in their.

I met Mr. Scott at the front desk. He was very professional, friendly, & compassionate. It was very late & though there was not a room available for my first night in town (tennis tournament ) he got on the phone & tried to find me a place to stay. I ended up at the Baymont, which was a huge mistake. It reeked of the smell of sewage on the outside & smoke in the room. I felt dirty & gross when I left. My visit was due to my step dad being in CCU after a heart attack. He is 87 y/o & will be on his way to Heaven soon. I came back to the Country Inn & Suites my second night & I loved it. I was even given an accessible room bc I have a torn R ACL of my knee. Saw Mr. Scott again & he said, “ We have everything ready for you”. 😊 I will definitely be back!

I missed breakfast bc my body was physically exhausted. I never heard my phone alarm ring. The coffee was delicious tho.
