Best Western Allatoona Inn & Suites

Breakfast was fine.

When I arrived for at the hotel it was approximately 1:30-1:45. I had requested early check in time if possible. I was told that if I wanted to check in it would cost $25. I asked if I could simply go and check out our room. The room was clean and ready for guests. The following day I was in lobby and another person was checking in early and he was told that he would check to see if his room had been cleaned and if so he could go to his room. There was no mention of an additional $25 charge and gentleman took his key and went to his room. So I was somewhat upset with the person that had checked us in.

The breakfast was good, we loved the waffles and eggs with sausage. The pool was very clean 😁, that was our favorite part!!! The staff, Mrs Michelle was amazing and very informative about ways to get rewards for our stay and encouraged me to do so . We will be coming back. All of our neighbors were quiet and polite, definitely a family friendly environment.. The location was perfect, very close to hwy and lots of food choices. Thank you guys

My bed wasn't very comfortable. But everything else in our room was perfect and very clean. Thank you

The room decorations and style I have always liked a lot! The beds, pillows, & blankets are very soft & were very clean as well. The room size, (the Suite has a cool sitting area that is pretty big!), is the biggest room that size for the price you pay!! The toilets and shower/bath are always super clean, and they have blackout curtains as an option....which I think is very cool. Overall, exceptional!!

The only thing I can say is that I was really wanting to swim & while I was there, they said the pool was closed due to having some sort of license for it to be open. It will only be temporarily, but it kind of was a bummer because their pool is very nice as well as clean.

The breakfast was delicious. The area was great and close to town and restaurants.

I got the room but my daughter arrived at the room before I did and I tried to get them to let her in but they wouldn't an she just had the baby. I requested that she be able to get in the room if she arrived before I did when I booked the room. Still she had to wait in the lobby this is the only is the only inconvenience we had.

The room was clean. The beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped but were adequate for my stay.

The water is hard and left my hair dry and brittle. Although we had a non-smoking room, the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke.

Breakfast here was vary good with one exception, the Apple Juice had been diluted to the point it wasn,t worth having, such a shame! Room was big and kept clean, staff were helpful, i.e. couldnt tune in the tv so came and did it. Rigid about check in time which was a shame as we had travelled a long way but got turned away for being early.

Applejuice Flexibility if possible

Breakfast was adequate considering the circumstances. The room was clean and was a good size. This Best Western is easily accessible, close to eateries, and stores. It is reasonable in price. Appreciated having housekeeping services again.

Not really a complaint but would offer a reminder that the fridge be checked when the room is cleaned after checkout. We found food from previous guest(s) when we checked in which I threw away when we left. It wasn't a lot of food. Just some left over grab n go breakfast sandwiches and an orange. It wasn't spoiled just wasn't sure how long it had been there.

The front desk lady when we checked in, was very helpful and professional. Our room wreaked of cigarettes, and she fixed the issue right away. Other than that, the place was super clean and really liked that the rooms did not have carpet. They took care of our special request.

The room smell of cigarettes and was VERY strong. I thought we would be leaving smelling like we spent the night at a bar or at a poker game.

Best Western was so convenient to Lake Point Arena. Easy to find and parking was always available

There was no washing detergent dispenser in the laundry room. If there had been that option I wouldn’t have to make a trip to Walmart to buy detergent

Recently renovated room, clean & comfortable. Stayed a few days while visiting friends so the mini fridge and microwave came in handy. Got varied breakfast items in a little bag each morning due to Covid - always good. Overall good experience, would stay again.

It’s near a highway and nothing to do in the area. There’s a McDonalds and Arby’s within walking distance but that’s about it. Not a place to hang out all day, unless you want to stay in. Served our purpose as we just needed a place to shower and sleep!
