I like the quietness of the hotel,clean atmosphere,friendly staff
I didn't like the fact that the breakfast menu didn't change I was there frm the 16 to 23 May 2023 ans every morning it's the same breakfast. The servers at breakfast only speak Spanish and barely understand a bit of English. The tv wasn't smart and it had about 7 channels to choose from. The cleaners didn't even change the sheet on the bed for the one week I was there. They only change the towels and empty the bins. Need improvement

We had no idea that we needed to call the hotel in order to get the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. There was no indication anywhere that we needed to call. We saw numerous other hotels’ shuttles come around every few minutes, and we saw the courtyard hotel’s van leave just as we were arriving to the pick up spot, so we had no reason the think we needed to call. As well, we spoke with 2 of the other Marriott drivers who didn’t indicate we needed to call. A note in the email confirmation would have been very helpful. We waited for over 45 minutes as we were trying to be patient. Communication would have been very helpful.

good location close to some restaurants, took an Uber to Walmart too, clean, very friendly staff and small hotel with a nice pool too. It felt safe and friendly and the transfer from the airport was very friendly too once I figured out I should call ahead. It is close to the airport but rooms are silent.
it was difficult to catch the transfer upon arrival at the airport but it finally arrived, look out for the Wyndgate green colored van. The hotel was pricy but not more than others in the area..

Break fast was really great, different choices of food, freshly made, its really a Plus on your stays. Loacation its excellent, its very close to the airport, drugstores, restaurants and shops like wallmart, burlington, ross, and Dolphin mall. It has some amennities likle a small gym, pool, free parking, also microwave owen and fridge inside the rooms. Personal was very Gentile and friendly. for work or family vacations (shopping oriented) its the perfect place relative to the price you pay, i definitely will stay again there
Its close to the airport and highway, depending the room you receive can be noisy in the night. after the second night i get used to the noise and sleep better, but at the begining was something different for me

The staff was very courteous and friendly. I love the breakfast choices and cleanness. the ladies that assist there were so nice and helpful.

Breakfast isn't what you would think so we didn't participate, where the items are it's roped off and there's only one person trying to service 50 customers all at once, if you have time and start early might enjoy but we only consumed coffee which it's available 24hrs

The place is very nice. I like the amenities.
The breakfast served was exceptional, but there could be more choices on the menu. For example, mostly everyday was scrambled eggs and sausage. They could include bacon, ham, turkey, salt fish and chicken wings.

I stayed in room 117. Inside the toilet, there was a red stain that could not come out.

The hotel had an on-site long term parking with a free shuttle to Miami airport. We were flying out of the country for two weeks so it was very convenient to leave our car here after staying the night and knowing we would have the shuttle pick us up and bring us back to our car. The breakfast was very good.

Everything good except the light in my room was out. I missed the breakfast but I love that it was included in my booking. Also grateful for the coffee & snacks. Your staff was wonderful.
