It was clean, the front desk staff helped to find point to get free PCR, the breakfast considered as good in view of Covid 19 situation

They charge USD 100 per night as security deposit which is not mentioned clearly in the hotel policy which is too much USD 300 for three nights Also I asked for late checkout and they refused while I noticed that the allowed other family for the same

Breakfast was delicious but very few options. The room was clean and comfortable but they only clean every 4 days. Even though its near the airport, you don't hear the planes.

Certain front desk staff in the evening seem overworked and not too happy. I don't like being charged an additional $100 hold per night for sundries.

The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We Europeans also had something to eat :)The neighborhood is new and safe. There is a lot of parking.

The free shuttle cost $25 Our flight was delayed and we called the hotel at 10:25 to ask for the shuttle. Since there is only a transfer until 10:30, they didn't send it for us. I recommend writing that if the transfer is only available until 10 p.m. and not until 10:30 p.m. When we arrived in the evening, we informed the reception that we would like a transfer to the airport in the morning. The receptionist did not indicate that it was not free but $25.

Friendly staff, good size and outfitted room with all necessary equipment and consumables. Breakfast was ok. Comfy bed. The airport shuttle is available on request but was there in a short time. Nice pool. Refreshing lemonade in the lobby. The hotel is quite close to the DORAL town center with a myriad of small restaurants and other interesting places to look around.

We missed toast bread at breakfast. Only bagels were available, but otherwise the rest was generously there. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

The reception staff were exceptional, as were both shuttle drivers. Ricardo was amazing with helping my physically challenged husband. 5⭐s for Ricardo! Our handicapped room was most excellent - well-equipped and very clean. Parking was no problem, and Famous Dave's was practically right across the street from rhe hotel. All in all - 10 ⭐s out of 10! Bravo - well done Fairfield!!!

The room is clean and decent size. The breakfast ran out fast when we went at 8:30am, not refill the food fast enough. I guess b/c of many people. The entrance of the hotel is narrow, easy to miss as the hotel is behind another hotel. It is in the opposite side of the airport terminal, not easy to find the airport terminal without GPS. Even airport flew by above the hotel, didn't hear much noise inside the room.

Need a better sign for the hotel as I missed the entrance twice for one night stay. had to loop back and enter the hotel from the back side. May need more stuffs during busy breakfast time.

I'd rather the rooms be stocked and ready with the essential toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush and mouthwash instead of having to ask for them. I thought I'd have to go buy my own and didn't realize they could be gotten at the front desk.

The room was very clean. New updated.

The woman who checked us in wasnt pleasant. I was not aware that when I checked in they required and requested a $100.00 deposit. I paid in full and in advance for my NO CANCELLATION RESERVATION..and was never informed before hand when I made the reservation that they require an additional $100 for a deposit upon checking in..Why??..no one else has ever charged me before. I travel alot for business. I just hope when I returned the keys at 7:30 a.m I AM REIMBURSED THE $100 deposit..Not Happy.

Breakfast was pretty standard. My husband really enjoyed it. We stayed there twice as an overnight stay flying to and from Colombia. The room was clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The lobby staff were very nice, particularly Jonathan when we came the second time. There are plenty of restaurants you can walk to from the hotel.

Just be aware that although this hotel calls itself an airport hotel it is over 7 miles from the airport. We came both times during off hours and the ride was about 15-20 minutes but our Uber driver said that at peak times it can take much longer

The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable.the shower with well closed doors and really liked where the faucet was positioned.Would love to see boiled eggs for breakfast.

Turning into the property is a challenge especially with the traffic right up on your bumper.Needs a taller visible sign that is not blocked by shrubs and can be seen from a distance.
