It was a great hotel for our overnighter. It had a free airport shuttle, with a friendly driver. We arrived at 7:00pm, & were happy to just walk next door for tacos. Spacious, clean room & very comfy king bed. The breakfast room was lovely, & the buffet was excellent! A really nice pool & lounge area, as we had a 6:00pm flight & were able to hang out for a few hours after checkout. Staff were really friendly & helpful too.

The room deodorizer they use. A bit of a long wait for the shuttle when coming from the airport. But it was rush hour. Seems pricey for an older hotel, but it was spring break & Miami airport is expensive.

Close to City Place Doral. A good amount of restaurants in a walking distance. If you need to get to any other parts of Miami, this hotel is just 2 minutes away from the highway, which is absolutely awesome. It had a lot of parking space. The security guard, Mario, was the friendliest person there, although everyone was polite. The breakfast is varied. You get cereals, oatmeal, breads, pancakes, fresh fruits, and so on. I'm planning on coming back to Doral, so I'm definitely staying here. This Miami was a birthday gift for my younger brother, as this was his first time ever traveling, and did this hotel exceed his expectations too!

Free Tea/Coffee in lobby, great big comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. Airport shuttle by request to/from airport. I even used the service twice in one day to say goodbye to my girlfriend on an earlier flight and they were happy to take me. Our shuttle was at 4am to go to the airport in the morning and the hotel arranged for lovely grab & go breakfast boxes to take with us.

Nothing not to like!!! I'll absolutely use this hotel every time I have a layover. 😄

Very clean, super comfortable bed, decent breakfast and close to the airport. No bugs or other Florida things in the room. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport had fixed and on time schedules, but had to wait a little while for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. If you're in a hurry, it's probably best to call the hotel and request a shuttle.

While the location is close to the airport, there is really nothing to see within walking distance, other than shops and restaurants.

Breakfast food and coffee were great.

Disposable plates and cutlery for breakfast. Even though they indicated they were recyclable (which is questionable) it is very bad for the environment. Breakfast is part of the experience. I don't eat on disposable plates at home or in a restaurant and so don't expect to in a hotel either. Getting the shuttle bus. There should be clearer instructions. I had to call twice. After asking what color was the bus and anticipated arrival time helped a lot.

Easy place to stay. Staff very helpful at all times. Great locations. A variety of surrounding small business and restaurants makes it even more attractive place. All free shuttles to the airport, decent breakfast, WiFi and parking are a big plus to this already wonderful hotel

I like the spacious room & bathroom, and the bed were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Good location, within a few steps of a shopping mall with restaurants.

Pillows could have been better - softer, fluffier. Breakfast would be better with fresh fruit.

The front desk staff (all of them) were excellent. All staff members were excellent. The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent. Great value for the price.

The hotel was clean although a little outdated. The bathtub of our room, #506, had patches as if it was being repaired for painting. Overall, it was comfortable, but the bathroom should be refurbished. Our phone rang unexpectedly around 3 am but we believe it was an issue with my digital key and the night auditor. We reported it the next morning to the general manager and he was very nice.

The hotel is perfect for a stay right after or before your flight. The shuttle to the airport was a dream, punctual to the second. The staff at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. All in all we would recommend this hotel!

There was a cigarette smell in the room, but we got used to it after a while. The room itself was great!

Ease of use - coffee available in the afternoon as a nice pick-me-up flying in early that day. Breakfast was awesome, well stocked and managed. Used printer to print luggage tags for cruise ship forgot about. Ordered a shuttle easily last minute and the staff was very helpful.

Minor things like entrance was a bit tight. Second day ran out of Hazelnut creamer.
