location is excellent - mid beach and next to the fontainbleu with restaurants. Getting to and from the property is very easy. Hotel lobby, rooms and restaurants are all excellent - it is a top end hotel so expensive.
our room was cleaned only once during a 5 day stay (and we had to ask the staff specifically for that clean). Check-in staff (at the Edenroc check in) gave us false information about access to pools and facilities. Some staff at the Ocean Social and around the pool were a little "forgetful" and generally the staff were a little hit and miss when it came to service levels.

The location was perfect. I had stayed in South Beach the trip prior and found being just North of South Beach, way better. too much to be in South Beach. This was the perfect combination. I would only go back to this location and would not stay in South Beach again. If you want to get into South Beach from here, it is easy. Also, the parking lot next door where you can park your rental car is a huge bonus. Much better than parking at the hotel. Super convenient.
The Nobu restaurant is ridiculously expensive and super small portions., Try to avoid that place. We eat at nice restaurants frequently and rarely suffer from sticker shock....until this place. Very small portions and huge costs. Everything else was great. They do charge you for every little extra thing though. but loved the place nonetheless.

Staff and service was amazing! Everyone who helped us throughout our stay was very nice and accommodating from the front desk to the pool/beach attendants and bars.
Only bad thing about our stay was the room unfortunately. We upgraded it to an ocean view but found that it was not thoroughly cleaned, there were stains on one of the pillows and curtains, burns in the carpet, empty liquor bottles in the fridge, and the coverings on the bathroom fixtures were peeling off.

I loved the scenery and the staff made everything so much smoother. The staff were so welcoming and I had complimentary room service which included champagne and macaroons, also fruit. I received a complimentary upgraded room. I had such a wonderful time at Nobu hotel that I’ll most definitely return. they were very accommodating and kind. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Love the resort feel. The welcome/check in from Chamise A and check out was exceptional, she also gave ideas about what to do during our stay, she is a keeper. The hotel indulges your senses, the rooms are exquisite and it offers enough dining options. The location is perfect. Did l mention that clean private beach and 4 pools. Will sure recommend

I had a great stay! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The bed was AMAZING!!!!!! The staff was nice and friendly! The hotel restaurants were expensive, but the food was really good. I'll definitely book this hotel the next time I'm in Miami!

I love the property however access to nobu pool was a little challenging.One morning we got there very early as in 7:45 in the morning and there were many beds available however there was towels and a little personal items on the chairs as if they were being “held” There was only five people by the pool at the time but all the chairs were “taken” I would appreciate it if there was a worker there that would be able to control this process. A chair should not be held more than 20 minutes. If the party or person is not there that I must be given out because my party we were all there and there was no seats “available” also Reservations for the restaurants on the property where our little challenging to get. Next time once I book my trip I will make reservations once I book the trip again
