The Hilton Garden Inn at Dolphin Mall was a welcome respite from traveling I-95. The check-in clerk was friendly and helpful. The doorman accommodated our trailer in a well lit parking place. Christian Ocasio in the Flamenco bar was outstanding. He was friendly, charming and made us feel very welcome to Miami. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling the area. There was plenty of parking available when we arrived. Check in was very straightforward and all staff we came into contact with were polite. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. We liked that there were bedside tables on both sides of the bed (as sometimes there's only one on one side) The bathroom was well stocked with good quality toiletries. Everywhere in the room and hotel communal spaces were cleaned to a very high standard. There was on-site restaurant, and we had breakfast there which was very nice. There was a mini-store in the hotel lobby which was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Unfortunately, there were no luggage carts available for either our check-in or our check-out. Not a deal breaker as we moved our luggage in 2 trips, but this is obviously reliant on luggage cart users to return it promptly to the lobby after use.

We desperately needed to do some shopping at Dolphin Mall (we live in Panama) and the location of this hotel was ideal. While the mall is technically ‘across the street’ you need to traverse a very large outdoor parking lot before reaching the mall. The food and beverages on the bar menu were excellent. However, be aware that there is an 18% service charge added on all food and beverage orders. Front desk service was friendly, and the cost of breakfast reasonable.

Not the hotel’s fault, but FYI our taxi there from Miami airport cost $70.

I found empty room on labor day. also late check out.

the shower had hair from previous person the water came thru hose. the ac was off and the room was warm thru the whole nite room temp was 74 I want it 70 so dissapoint on that. the lights by the were not working there was not tv remote on the room it was midnite after a long day I want it watch tv to decompress I paid for a room at the Hilton and there was no remote for the tv. parking nearby were for members and regular guest al the of parking lot not properly lit.

quiet and peaceful room. great location. beautiful view from the 11th floor

i didnt like the fact that i needed a little extra time for check out and was told that they dont do that anymore. If i cant check in before 4pm and have to check out at 11am, it is not even 24 hrs and i am being charged a daily rate. i was really in need of the half hour extra as i had to make two trips to the shipping company. Wont want to stay there if i have to do business and need extra time, Some staff have no discretion, but otherwise everything else was great.

very comfy beds, shower and products, complimentary water!

We arrived a little bit early for the check in, usually when the room is ready they give you immediately as a courtesy. Here they ask us to pay 25 dollar in advance or wait. We choose the second option naturally, and at the moment of the check out the come and knock the door at 9:30 😅. Was a bit confusing, after that they were pretty gentle and nice.

Easy to check in and out, staff were helpful with any questions. Good location. Good size clean room, small coffee machine in the room was useful. Self service area in reception for snacks was useful to have access to.

Small thing, but the shower took a few minutes to get warm and seemed to waste a lot of water before it was warm enough to get into. Just seems wasteful. Was fine once it was up to temperature. The door on the room seemed to not close as expected, 2 or 3 times in the 9 days, the door was actually open at night on those occasions because we didn't realize it had not closed 100%. Seemed to be the design, just watch out for that. Free Wifi was a bit awkward sometimes for whatever reason.

Good location. Last time I was there customer service was excellent, sorry I cannot say the same this time. I wondered if I was staying at a Hilton hotel.

The restaurant. The food was salty and we returned the food but was still charge for it. We waited over 20 minutes to reorder, before the waitress showef up so we asked for the bill and was surprised that we were actually charged for the food we returned. We will never eat at the restaurant if we return.
