Free breakfast???? We came down at 9a and there was literally no meats, no eggs, no coffee … not sure the staff spoke any English?! When she did bring the little out at a time, it was gone in one swipe — people were rude and took it all in one pass. There were grounds in the coffee I did get 🤔

I appreciated the breakfast options, was more than more hotels could offer. The oppurtunities to access the fitness center and other facilities at any hour was truly wonderful. The location is placed in a great are to be able to walk around and explore.

I wished the fitness center had a bit more variety of equipment. The rooms thermostat didn't appear to be able to change the temoerature of the room. But it could have just been the particular room I was in.

New, clean, fresh-smelling. Lots of amenities in lobby like coffee, wifi, seating; lots of amenities in bedroom; swimming pool; complimentary ice and water at each floor; well-lit and inviting; generous and varied breakfast (loved the pancake machine and Chobani yoghurt).

Outside landscaping smelt of manure. Bathroom soaps / lotions smelt too sweet and perfumed, especially for sinus / allergy sufferers. Pool closed too early. Room was freezing upon entry at 67 degrees F and heating didn’t come on. Down bed pillows were too flat.

Cleanness, location, customer service, and good breakfast. There are coffee, tea, ice and water 24/7. The hotel is inside the Int'l Mall with great shops and places to eat.

I didn't like that my room did not have a mirror except for the bathroom and that I had a door which seemed to connect to the next room. I felt uncomforable I could hear noises from the couple next door.

Facilities were modern and clean. Enough parking spaces and many more across the road in the mall car park. Clean towels for the pool. Breakfast was good

there's no ventilation in the rooms so it might get damp. A/C is making it better but then it's too cold in the room. Pool is only open until 7PM and there could be more towels because there weren't ever enough for everyone. No places to hang towels in the room. There were four of us and only two places to hang towels so if you need to dry yourself more then once per day, you'll do it with a wet towel.

Excellent location close to mall and restaurants. Breakfast provided was excellent and good value being included in the price. The laundry facilities were a bonus. Clean modern room and hotel

The laundry machines needed cash and reception did not have change to give out which was an inconvenience. No facilities to buy laundry detergent either. Room was not cleaned after the first night so needed to go to reception and get fresh towels. Asked reception if they could order a taxi and seemed reluctant to do this but did it for us but the taxi never turned up.

Very new hotel, with super nice staff. Breakfast was very good for the American standard. Room was spacious and well equipped, very silent and clean. Wi-fi worked great for work meetings. The location inside a mall is quite convenient, with easy free parking and quick access to the main highways for all destinations in Miami, particularly the airport.

The towels are very small and not made with high quality. The carpet is clean now, but for a new hotel it’s a critical choice when it gets older…

I loved the amenity’s in the room, there was dove body wash and body lotion (that surprised me) with all the other amenities you normally receive.

I wished there was a little more options at breakfast but otherwise I loved it.

Overall excellent experience! Farrah at the front desk warmly welcomed us and checked us in. The room was spacious and spotless. It appeared to be quite new. Great location near International Mall and only a 25 min drive from downtown Miami and American Airlines Arena where we caught a Heat game. Breakfast was fantastic! Like before Cov 19 with hot eggs and sausage in addition to breads, cereal and yogurt etc. Checkout also went smoothly. Price was very good for value.

Nothing other than there were only 2 towels for the 3 Of us. This was quickly remedied by the nice young lady at the front desk who gave us a 3rd towel promptly upon request.

This was a great hotel if you need to take a flight from Miami's airport. The rooms were very clean and comfortable for a family with kids, the location was great (right near a shoppping mall and lots of other amenities) and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was also wonderful with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Nothing really. It was a very nice hotel for the price.
