Nuvo Suites Hotel - Miami Doral

Location is great for shoppers. Within walking distance of bed bath and beyond, dollar store, pet co ,office depo, burlington and Miami International Mall. There are a few bus routes that pass outside of the hotel more importantly the free Doral trolley that can take you to publix, walmart etc. Dophin Mall is a long stroll or short bus ride away. The room had a washing machine and kitchen. Breakfast was included and provided a good variety. There are a few restaurants that are close by. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The sound insulation was not good, I could hear the neighbours fighting.

Complimentary valet parking, fridge+ washer& dryer+ stove top+ microwave+ free breakfast- everything we needed during our stay without breaking a bank. We really appreciated the homely feel to our accommodation. The ability to cook our own meals was very important to us. We had a minor issue in a suit and maintenance was super fast and professional, so it was not a problem.

room size was good with a kitchen, dining area, laundry machines and a room with a bathroom. Young valet parking gentleman and a young housekeeping lady were nice during our stay! I liked the breakfast too!

front desk and valet stuff barely speaks English and they prioritize people who speaks Spanish over English speakers. there was one young gentleman who spoke English at valet parking , he was very nice! I felt my room wasn’t checked by housekeeping supervisor prior to check in. on the bathroom wall , on the toilet and all over the floor there were a lot of hair everywhere. I had to clean it myself.

We booked this place because it was close to the airport, yet other parts of Miami were also accessible. The room felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room, especially after visiting New York - many amenities, we basically had a kitchen. There were many guests, yet the room was silent, we could have a nice sleep. There is a pool freely accessible on the top, with a bar and a jacuzzi, a big screen, which is a very nice touch - if for some reason you don't prefer the beach :) The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast. Parking was free. A big mall is nearby. If you don't mind that you are a bit far (like ~20 minutes) from downtown, this is a very good option. Also for some Everglades tours.

Valet parking. I mean the service was excellent, but I don't like valet parking in general, and that was the only option.

The rooms were big and comfortable. A little issue with the TV in the room. Because cable box is placed behind tv, it doesn't receive remote signal and you have to get up to change channels. The bathtub is very small.

The pool is at main building. The bathtubs are very small. The ice machine is in the main lobby building.

Perfect hotel, close to the airport and shopping mall(s). The pool is nice. Rooms are ok, but the airco makes a huge amount of noise. The kitchen was perfect, beds could have been better. Parking (valet) was super and very nice staff. Really nice place to stay and good value for money. Breakfast is not huge in variety, but more than enough.

plastic forks and knifes at breakfast beds were not too good airconditioning in the room is super loud and annoying fan in the bathroom is mega loud But these are minor things compared to the total experience

Every Staff Member that I met was really nice with me and very helpful. There is a giant and beautiful pool on the roof with a big screen and some music that's some really great amenities !

The apartment that I had was kind of small and except the window located in the bedroom there's no window, so not much daylight entering in the apartment unfortunately. The pool was kind dirty with a lot of flies inside of it. That's the same thing for the hot tub that don't make any bubbles. And a big disappointment with the breakfast which was really not great. And the hotel is far from everything (except the two malls) so you have to order a taxi for every activities.

Cozy beds, spacious rooms. Room was quiet and had everything you need. Breakfast was Good and had a nice range of selection. I liked the Gym and the pool area!

I don‘t like the culture of one time use plastic. Breakfast dishes and cutlery was all made of styropor and plastics. that Is such a shame and not sustainable. On the other hand you had to pay for a small water bottle in the room (marked 2,50$) and in the hotel lobby and gym area water dispenser were all in use and for free. Here you need to pay for the plastics… I prefer a better concept on the waste.

Excellent location to the Miami Dolphin Mall and to Miami airport. Very spacious so it was great to have this space to relax and pack bags. There was a kitchen, dining table & large fridge. Also had washing machine and dryer if you needed. Air con was great relief to the Miami heat. Staff were excellent.

The water pressure from shower was very low. I opted for a bath but my husband was frustrated by it. The pool was great but offered no shade so was too hot for us to enjoy.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff especially Miriam, Adrian's and Jennifer Castillo

I did not like having to pay an extra xtra 150 Us dollars as a security deposit because even though I was told that it would be put back to my account once there is no damage I will never get back 150 us dollars because processing fee and other incidentals would be deducted by the card company. Also that they were no porters available and you had to carry your own luggage to the room!
