Quality Inn & Suites Heritage Park

Loved the breakfast options, lots of grab and go items. I was sad that there were no biscuits and gravy for breakfast but they had fluffy waffles so that makes up for it. The room was clean and comfortable. The maids cleaned our room daily and restocked everything! We had the Ada room because my husband is disabled and can't get in and out of tubs without the risk of falling, this room has a large floor level shower that's easy to walk in and out of, and is not far from the pool or the exit which is great.

The bed was a bit on the firm side, my husband who has back problems had a hard time adjusting. The shower head needs to be replaced in this room so when you adjust it it stays where you point it. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we would stay again.

Breakfast was good, consisting of choice of sandwiches of ham, egg and cheese, or sausage, egg and cheese, or meat and cheese, you put them in the microwave for 30 seconds. You have bagels, muffins, and ither pastries, freshly cooked waffles, hot regular and decaffeinated coffee, variety of coffee creamers, and fountain juices. Erika, the hostess, was fantastic, kind, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The front desk staff were also friendly, polite and helpful. The room was large, clean, the king size bed and pillows were sift but comfortable. The A/C worked perfect. If you ask for clean towels the following day they bring them to you. I recommend this hotel.

It was close to Silver Spurs Arena and we enjoyed the pool. The breakfast wasn't bad although I suggest adding some breakfast meats. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. One gentleman in particular (who looked like a Steve Harvey look alike 😁) was great!

The price was a little much considering how small the room is. Didn't enjoy being on the 2nd floor all the way on the end when theres no elevator. The set up of the hotel itself isn't great. That's about it. Everything is was great.

breakfast was a great concept but frozen food is not want am use too , i don't like that hotel can provide home cooked breakfast as they use to , i was raised in fl for 55 years and all the hotels provided home cook breakfast suggestions! or at least have a better way of providing the guest with an option of room service free breakfast

Room was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Beds were nice, and my kids loved the pool, which had its own towels clean and ready for them to use. Bathroom was nice and well stocked. Great breakfast, and I loved how the coffee was available all day.

Walls did not block noise well, one night the next room over had a man talking on the phone loudly all night and kept me awake. Not the hotels fault, just made it hard to sleep.

Breakfast was nice. Maybe some more hot food items. Bigger coffee cups. Room was nice. Didn’t get towel service without asking for some. Poop was nice. Hours could be longer.

Cleaning stuff was staged outside my room all night. No biggie just made the hallway smaller. Otherwise great place. Will stay again.

The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was outstanding! So friendly and professional. He also gave us a recommendation to a restaurant right down the road, and even gave us a 10% off card to use! The food at the restaurant was outstanding! The rooms were comfortable, coffee and refreshments were available every night around the clock. We also had a very quiet room.

We told them when we checked out, and this is Florida, so it is bound to happen. There were little tiny black bugs in the bathroom. However, my husband told the desk clerk about it in the morning, and she was very kind about it and said she would have it looked at immediately. With the way this place was, I believe they would have done just that. Otherwise the room was clean and well appointed.

Very neat and we were the last guest in at 3am so they really saved us and did try to charge us extra 50$ but hubby said noway and they didn't charge us extra. But he did say they tried to up charge for the last room. But praise the Lord they didn’t charge $180 only 130$ for the last room with a full & a king. And because of 3am check in we got to stay till 11:30 late check out with out being charged for another day.. very nice beds!

it was perfect for the 2-3 days we needed . I am happy that we didn’t have issues parking our truck trailer outside with utv . The staff is so friendly and the cleaning staff is amazing they really do a great job . Will definitely stay here again .

I travel with a lot of luggage so the building doesn’t have an elevator .

The room was very clean. The pool looked great and other guests were enjoying it, as well as the covered patio area with tables and chairs. We did not go in the pool because we were too tired after a day at Disney. A staff member recommended a mom and pop owned local restaurant called Travertinos. The food was delicious! Thanks for the recommendation Sammy! Sammy is very personable, polite, friendly and professional. We slept well in a clean comfortable bed. We will come again! Thanks Sammy!

Address did not show up on any navigation. Not easy to find. Set back off the road on the east side of hwy 192. Quite a ways out from disney. The TV channels did not match the provided channel guide.
