The place was very well organized, pretty big, everything on one single floor. They have a great net EVERYWHERE so mosquitos were not, anyware inside the hotel. Even the swimming pool was open ceiling but with net. The staff was super friendly, the room big and confortable.

The staff were helpful when we discussed the outside light shining into our bedroom at night. This was quickly sorted out. The rooms were spacious and contained a kitchenette. We had 2 bedrooms, so excellent for families. Staff helped advise on where to eat, which ended up being a nice restaurant option. Ivey House was in a good location for the activities in Everglade City. It has a small but insect proof pool area.

Pleasant hotel in convenient location to various attractions in the Everglades. The room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished, refrigerator and microwave included. Free parking on the premises or across the street. Close to restaurants and airboat tours. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. If you decide to go on an airboat tour with Captain Jack (which we enjoyed very much), you bet 10% off when staying at the hotel.

The hotel does not offer breakfast which would have been a bonus, especially if you go on an early morning airboat tour. Our room was located close to the covered pool, and it was quite noisy at times.

Pool area was nice.

I have stayed on the newer side of the hotel 2 times. I like it much better. I only switched to the older side, because it comes with the pool & we had our 13 year old grandson with us. Rooms are much bigger & brand new on other side. If you don't want use of the pool, I would definitely book on the other side. We actually paid more money for the older side because of the pool.

Ivey house was fantastic, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was wonderful. It was clean and spacious and the bed was awfully comfortable. There is limited accommodation in Everglades City and we were very impressed by Ivey house. We will definitely stay there again! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Nothing I can think of. Oh, the light went out in the entrance while we were there, so I was unable to see the keypad to let myself in. I went by memory and luckily got it right. LOL

This hotel was very good if you want to be in the everglades. It was a bit dated , but friendly staff and clean.

Good room, very clean. Nice location - can walk to restaurants and air boat docks.

No real outdoor space, pool area is nice and clean but very enclosed. Coffee packs were old and out of date but were quickly replaced.

It's a basic hotel in a small town, but the rooms are comfortable. There is parking space in front of the hotel and a small pool. Very convenient to visit the Everglades area.

Lovely staff. Good location, near to 7-11, restaurant for dinner and a cafe for breakfast. Discount on canoe trip which I highly recommend.

the room for 5 was a bit small and the rollaway bed was really uncomfortable

The location was perfect for seeing all the sights. The staff were super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about all the things to do in the area. Our room was cozy and perfect. The pool and surrounding building created such a peaceful atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

Would have enjoyed some donuts or pastries for the mornings we didnt quite make it in time for breakfast.
