Rooms were nice and clean. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Very good service at the pool, bar and restaurant. Food at the restaurant was really good.

Never enough space at the pool. 1/4 of the people at the pool were not staying at the hotel and I think the hotel should be making sure that guest paying top dollar should have space at the pool over people who aren’t staying there.

Beautiful property located right on the beach. Pool and restaurant at the hotel are awesome.

Make sure you get a room on the north side of the building. Our room was located on the south side of the building and the Marriott resort next-door literally has their maintenance drive, garbage dumpsters and delivery docks right below these rooms. All day long you hear maintenance work being done, trucks back up beeper’s going off as they back down the alley and garbage trucks picking up the dumpsters almost daily and slamming them as they unload them in the trucks. The noise literally starts very early in the morning and goes on throughout most of the day. It was horribly distracting and pretty much kills any chance of peace and quiet. Avoid all of the rooms on the south side of this Hilton.

The location was great, the pool was nice and not over heated, so it was refreshing. Loved the on property restaurants and staff. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The beach was great and I loved how we had no problem getting an umbrella and lounge chairs. The only issue I had with the entire property is, the pillows and bed were uncomfortable. I feel the Hilton family is lacking with the up keep of new mattresses, pillows and bedding. Sleep on vacation is extremely important.

The location was perfect. Beautiful beach right there, great restaurants right across the street. Everyone was wearing a mask inside, I felt very safe. Never had to wait for a towel, or housekeeping, extra towels, etc. Any bad reviews must have been spring break clientele. The sunset was gorgeous. Most rooms have an ocean view. Someone greeted us every time we came and went from the hotel, asked if we needed anything, if we knew where we were going, etc. The concierge (Eddie) was so nice and so helpful - lots of great recommendations from him. We loved it there and will definitely return.

A jacuzzi that worked as a jacuzzi. Not always able to find chairs under an umbrella at the pool. Poolside entertainment stopped WAY too early!!!

Great location with almost all of the restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. We were especially impressed with the maintenance personnel--our toilet started running non-stop and when I advised the front desk of this at 7 a.m. they had someone up to the room to fix it within minutes. All of the staff were pleasant to deal with.

At $27 per person, the cost of breakfast was way overpriced, so we passed. And we wished there had been a menu available for the restaurant especially for the happy hour. The hotel is obviously having trouble getting cleaning staff up to speed--no doubt because of the pandemic and staffing shortages. While the housekeeping staff did a fairly good job of cleaning the room, they routinely forgot to replace items in the room such as hand towels, wash cloths, shampoo and bath gel, coffee for the coffee maker. It would be nice if some of the bed pillows were a bit firmer.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. We don't usually care for buffets but this one was really done well. Lots of fresh fruit, omelett station etc. We waited to be seated outside which has a beautiful view of the gulf.

Upon checking out we realized before we left that they did not charge us correctly. They were not charging us the booking.com price but their own rates. They did fix the problem but it delayed us getting out. I'm just glad that we noticed before we left. Also, the hotel has absolutely nothing going on as far as a happy hour or any live music. You have to go elsewhere for that.

It’s beautiful and very clean! The location was perfect on the beach. The rooms were very clean house keeping was there when we needed them. The restaurant was clean and overall the staff of the property was very friendly.

The pool and the walk to the beach, the balcony views of the ocean (even having a partial view), the climate control in each suite of was very nice, mini fridge was great

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest, the additional price of parking was a bit steep considering the price I’ve already paid for the nightly stay. The price of the breakfast buffet was so so expensive. People with children would have struggles paying for this meal. The amenities would be nicer if they were including to give you something to do. No microwave or freezer in the suites was a downfall. The microwave was hidden in a cupboard in the main entrance and only Found it while walking by someone who Opened the cupboard. Needs to be labeled.

The location is exceptional, you can walk anywhere. The hotel is nice and provided activities for the kids during our Memorial Day weekend stay. The beach is perfection, the umbrella and chairs is a great amenity.

The only negative thing I’d call out is that while it was nice to have burgers and other snacks offered at the pool during Memorial Day weekend, they simply didn’t have enough staff to work the pool deck. We waited a long time to have someone take our order - so while the intention was good, I wouldn’t have offered it if the hotel wasn’t equipped to service it.
