The staff were great! All were super friendly and accommodating. We did have an issue and they were very quick to resolve it.

We didn't have a microwave, but we didn't check to make sure it was included. So really can't complain.

Very clean hotel and beds & pillows exceptionally comfortable . Linens were soft yet firm and cozy! Staff was perfect from the minute we arrived till we left, they deserve much recognition. The cleaning staff, the maintenance engineer and front desk as well as Restaurant staff in early morning. We have stayed here now twice in the past year and love the location since ours kids live near.

I think the hotel needs a security guard at nights on the weekends. I will leave it at that. We also had asked for the same room we had our first stay and did not get it, but upon request they did try to accommodate us with a similar room and did. However, it was on the fourth floor and the minute you got if the elevator it reeked of an unpleasant odor..... ( I believe from guests staying on that floor of marijuana ) That is my only disappointment with this facility! However, this is not something that can be corrected I am sure!

I really liked everything, I stayed there 7 days, felt at home just like in Canada. I really recommend this hotel, its a little gem. The room was beautiful. confortable and clean. The balcony was enjoyable. The breakasts were awsome, great job chef. Great location 20-25 minutes to Pompano beach, Deerfield beach, Lauderdale-by-the-sea, a few minutes from Seminole Casino. And so much shops, malls, restaurants. Coral Springs is beautiful town and clean, so is the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Coral Springs. The Pool is fabulous lots of chairs, towels. The staff is simply amazing and friendly, Marilu and company. Wishing you the best success!

always saw the pace but didn't know it looked that good inside, not what i expected

the under curtains were too thick,, it should have been thinner so that you can close it and still have privacy. i had to close mine the whole time because i was facing the road and if i did open it i would be exposed to the view of the public

Location was great! Food was great! Bathroom was great and updated!

The room smelled like smoke. And it was a non smoking room! It needed better lighting, the iron had old burned fabric on it, cleaner sheets also I had 3 people in my room but they only allowed 2 free breakfast. But the staff was understanding and gave us another one.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good size room, clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. facilities were good. Location ideal. Handy with the Starbucks onsite. Breakfast was good.

Prehaps a little more choice for breakfast.

I have stayed at this location a few times before and that previous experience was the reason I came back. The facility is very clean and upscale. Checkin staff were friendly, room was large, well-appointed and the beds very comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and the pillows were of high quality, not the flat-as-a-pancake pillows at lesser hotels. The TV was awesome and had access to many channels. I didnt spend a lot of time in the room but when I did, it was a very comfortable and relaxing environment. One of the things that most attract me to this location is just that.. the location. It is very convenient to almost any shopping that you would need or want to do while staying there. I had some free time and was able to shop Hobby Lobby, Joanne Fabrics, HomeGoods, Best Buy and more within minutes of the hotel and still felt like I was well out of the way of the hustle and bustle that I try to avoid in Fort Lauderdale. It is so convenient and comfy that it feels like my home away from home.

The ONLY thing that wasn't quite up to par in this room (but not a problem in my previous stay) was that there was very, very little water pressure in the faucet of the sink. Even with both hot and cold knobs turned on, the water pressure was only just above a trickle. Not a big deal for me, only used it basically to brush my teeth, wash my hands and to grab a quick sip of water in the middle of the night.
