Convenient to visit my mother I’m nursing home and then get on Sawgrass to Alligator Alley. Receptionist was prompt, kind and funny. She checked us in quickly and was efficient. Nice lobby, room was perfectly cleaned and comfortable. AC was turned on thankfully!

Carpets in hall need thorough cleaning and replacing but I saw earlier where they are trying to get management to do that. Even on the top floor we heard the traffic from busy University Dr and even someone doing their Muslim prayers from downstairs. Also heard someone’s music later at night. Maybe need an upgrade to impact windows so it’s a bit quieter.

The lady how takes care of the breakfast area she was sooooo Excellent and Friendly

My room was clean and 2 of my Tam Went missing and I went to front desk told the agent about it. The message was write down and said it will be hand over to the manager. And then the agent said well we never had a complaint of a maid Ever morning something out a room before. Well we stayed at the hotel 3 days later not even a call from the manager or agent. Internet was ver poor

The pool area was very nice, as well as the breakfast area and the staff. Maintenance was there all the time working around the building. Our bath tub wouldn't drain and they were there to fix it in 2 min! Close to lots of food options

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The floors around the vending/ice and laundry area's as well as in the elevators appeared dirty. As well as the carpets in the halls being stained. Possibly clean and just old?!

loved how the front desk lady she looked a little older locks the front doors pass a certain time at night and only way to get in is with a key, felt super safe nowadays you just never know. also loved how everything was pretty much walking distance.

only thing I really didn’t like why have a balcony when you can’t even smoke your cigarettes. I literally had to leave my room and go out by a lake seriously. also front desk lady that first checked us in was a bit rude maybe had a long day.

Waking up to a beautiful pool setting and luscious green lawn for your breakfast view was not an expectation in a value priced hotel. Nice surprise, as was "My name is Annette. Welcome to my breakfast room." She was very welcoming and even covered our warm food with an extra plate while we chose bagels and toast! The room was also very clean and comfortable.

The room was very comfortable

I ask for an early check in. When me and my partner arrived, we needed to use the bathroom, we ask the front desk lady, she pointed us to the bathroom. I came out of the bathroom to wait for my partner. The hotel manager was right there waiting on us. And the first thing he ask with a tone that I didn’t like, was it we were checking in, I said yes but We are waiting until 12. Then proceeded to ask for my last name, I told him and he check, then left. That makes me very uncomfortable, I did not feel welcome at all!

Check in staff was extremely friendly and made for quick check in. Room was extremely roomy...beds were surprisingly comfortable. Loved having the larger fridge. everything was set up for success and comfort. Nice shower with hot water and great pressure and loads of comfy towels.

breakfast sign saying due to Covid has been updated but no other info was readily available. Would have been nice if check in staff mentioned what the updates entailed.

The staff was friendly and inviting especially the lady in the breakfast dinning room she always welcomed you with a smile and a burst of energy. She's very helpful and nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The parking lot at night is a little dark need more lights.

I liked how the staff changed out our towels and rags in the middle of our stay without even having to ask my daughter loved the balcony she was happy

I honestly do not have any complaints at all me and my family enjoyed our stay definitely booking here again
