I like the setting of the location. Very comfortable. I like how each home have a its own name. The staffs are so friendly. Beth and Bill are very friendly. They were very helpful. We will definitely come back. Great stay!

There isn't anything that I didn't l I ke. This place is wonderful. Wish we could stayed longer. Didn't get to gold, but there is always a next time. Staffs are too friendly to dislike this place. Will be coming back.

Offers the best stay nearest Carrabelle, staff are super helpful, restaurant on site, on a rainy day offers lots of inside space with a covered patio. The location is beautiful

The condo was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was conveniently sized and situated. All the appliances worked, and there were enough dishes for us all to have our meals together. Being able to park in the garage made loading and unloading in the rain easier. The pool was clean and had a good atmosphere.The staff are not constantly pestering you about something. In fact we never even saw them.

There really isn't anything to do in the area except golfing or fishing. The condo was supposed to have had 2 queen sized beds, but there were twin beds in my daughter and her husband's room, and there were roaches, but it is Florida after all.

Beth was really great. She made our experience amazing. She really went above and beyond all expectations. The restaurant food was good.

The pool was dirty. It had been raining several days we were there and it turned the pool murky. The elevator was slow and hot. The wifi kept going out.

We came for a fishing trip out of Carrabelle and found this condo for our multiple families coming in. It was very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Carrabelle with several places to eat great seafood close by! We will be back for sure! We ate at the restaurant on site our last night and the cook had caught my fish that day then prepared! Was amazing and all staff at resort and restaurant were very friendly.

Our only complaint was being in the middle floor and it sounded like a heard of Buffalo above us each night, but that’s part of hotels/resorts so wasn’t too bad.

Large and clean and full kitchen for making your own meals. Nice view of the course from the balcony. A few minutes from the coast and a nice quiet locale. Gorgeous place.

Perhaps just a bit too far from any store or restaurant. Just gotta plan ahead, and bring whatever you need with you. The course is a bear. A beauty, but a tough one. I musta lost at least a dozen balls. Im a crap golfer, though, so.....there's that.

Location was at a golf course. Beautiful grounds, very nice lodgings in cute little bungalows. We had dinner at the country club on site and both the food and service were excellent.

Floors were a little dirty, but found that in almost all of the rooms we stayed at in Florida.

WONDERFUL breakfast, exceptionally nice and personable staff. Beth assisted with HANDWRITTEN DIRECTIONS to our apartment as we were later than anticipated arrival time. Dinner staff was SO gracious to continue great service even at closing time.

Zero Complaints !! We cant wait to go back.

This place was perfect for a two night stay. We were able to bring our sailboat and have fun on the water nearby. The staff was super friendly. Restaurant was yummy and very convenient. Live music on Saturday evening was a place. They were accommodating to our two dogs which is always a plus in our book. The Villa was private and just what we needed. The beds were fine, but could have been a little more comfy and the hot tub was not working. However, those two minor things did not stop us from enjoying our stay. THANK YOU!

I love the restaurant being so near. We needed a tide me over until dinner and the appetizers hit the spot.

Wifi could of been a bit stronger. I had to keep disconnecting and reconnecting because wifi kept dropping signal.
