Hotel is very clean. Very friendly staff. Want to take this moment to thank their staff and management - apparently most if not all hotels nearby were overbooked due to the concerts in Levi Stadium during our stay - management and staff went beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable.
Parking was pretty tough as it took a while to find parking because hotel was full for many concert goers. Suggest hotel to have additional plan for parking situation like that.

The breakfast was OK. I liked that there was a safe available. I thought the "Welcome" on the TV was nice. The ladies at the front desk were very nice.
Making reservations through the website was horrible. There is a $70.00 "recovery fee" that could not be explained. And in spite of there being desirable room rates on the internet, the person I spoke to said he could not access the internet and could only offer what he had in front of him, which was far more expensive. I was transferred three times and still only ended up talking to the same person who seemed to be reading from a script. I ended up booking through Booking.com and getting a much better rate. And I still wonder what the "recovery fee" is about. (Undoubtedly a nonsense charge) but a significant addition to the rate.

It isn’t that we can’t afford it, just factor it into the stated cost of the room. Have you ever been to a restaurant, sat down to eat, and have the waiter say “by the way, we’re going to charge you $15 to park outside”? Not a good look.

It wasn’t too difficult to find, and the room was very nice! I also like how accommodating the staff was. The hotel does charge $20 for a parking pass for their parking lot.
There was a small mishap while I was checking out where my room was charged for food we did not order. Thankfully, when I brought it up to the hotel staff they refunded me for it.

I didn’t like that the restaurant and bar didn’t open until 5pm especially if event days at Levi’s stadium. we planned to check in and have dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant and bar before the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert. was very disappointed in that . hard to find parking. trucks and trailers taking up multiple stalls , along with an rv as well.

I loved the spacious room and cleanliness of the place. it was very comfortable and I felt very safe in this building. The employees are very kind and understanding!
The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the bathroom door, considering the fact that it can't lock and only slides open and close.

Aside from paying parking. I enjoyed my stay and will gladly do it again, as long as pool is open. If not, then I'd think about staying elsewhere. Just because my getaway is mainly for fun in the pool. Oh and yes, loved the fact that they had microwave and fridge. That's a plus
