Amazingly helpful staff, welcoming you. The hotel is located in a very central place next to the cable car, all transportations and 20 meters from the Union Square. Easy check in and check out Close to all sort of nice restaurants walking distance to China Town and other city attractions.

The room was not renovated for a long while. It gives you feeling of a tired room. We were family of four and we kind of felt the room was very narrow. The bathroom might have been decorated better to create some room for guests' personal things. And of course it is city center San Francisco and likewise others, this hotel is also expensive which makes the guest more picky at the end of the day :) things that I counted as I didn't like did not make me regret my decision. We have a positive experience :)

homeless man made his way upstairs to where our room was, security eventually did get him and kick him out

The location was perfect. It had easy and quick access to all of the favorite spots that we wanted to see. The front desk staff were super friendly, efficient and helpful in navigating around. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, were visible and were also super nice. The door men were always present, helpful and fun. We tried the breakfast and there were great offerings and the staff were nice as well. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Great location and staff. Comfortable beds.

Breakfast buffet was too expensive. I didn’t even consider it. For a family of 4, spending $120 on breakfast is excessive. Also, should not have to pay for wifi.

We visited this hotel for our honeymoon and really couldn’t have been more thrilled. The location was outstanding, there is a McDonalds just across the road for your morning coffee, a CVS on the corner and the cable car stop right outside the hotel. The view on the 23rd floor was the best I have had from any hotel, city on both sides with a view of the bay in the distance, just gorgeous. The staff (especially the 2 doormen) we’re so friendly and really went out of their way to help guests with anything that they needed, 2 such friendly gentlemen. It was our first time in San Francisco and this hotel I wouldn’t hesitate to return to.

The beds were great as well as the room, the housekeeping service, and all the hotel amenities. Walkability was good as the hotel is near a lot of things (although safety is questionable)

It was very difficult to sleep. My room was on a 6th floor on Sutter. Every night, there were fights, screams, extreme amounts of noise. No sense in paying such a steep price for a room and not be able the one thing hotels are meant for: rest and relax!

Very nice staff, clean and spacious rooms and great location. China town for example was within walking distance.

No breakfast (but Starbucks was just across the street), no free parking and no free wifi! Cool atmosphere - just reception and hotel rooms, nothing more.

insufficient kitchen like availability, create a room with microwaves, utensils, napkins. Microwave found was on 1st floor in business center. After long walks and visiting sites, you need help warming leftovers. Can't come down to 1st floor in lounge wear. Never did understand hours that Bin 360 bar was suppose to be opened. It seemed off limits & cloaked in secrecy.

Location was good. Close to Walgreens and McDonalds. Also close to Union Square Park and mega high-end shopping.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the city of San Francisco is very dirty and run down looking. Can cross this city off my travel destinations.
