Nice room pretty good staff excellent price quiet and comfy the king size bed was very comfortable and it was perfect lying in bed watching a nice tv with many channels the size of room was adequate and we had. No problem checking out we were well rested

They didn't offer a smoking section it was not very easy to go off property as it was raining and many homeless in the area also we were receive by a person who did not want to be there as she must of had to come in because they were short handed she voiced her negativeness as well as other staff members did as well made us feel like they didn't want us there

comfortable beds and nice staff. hotel is close to everything (if on foot, gas stations *Shell* and fast food) AND ( if driving, 1- 2 minutes away from * Chevron* , Target, freeways, grocery outlet, dennys, dollar tree, 65th light rail station, jamba juice, & a Vegan burger restaurant - Burger Patch) The flatscreen tv has a hdmi hookup and the desk next to the tv has 2 to 3 extra plug outlets. Good for work/school assignments.

cleanliness was not 5-star, more like 3- stars? I did a light/moderate clean of the shower, sheets and all countertops when I arrived. I was also raised with "clean-freak" parents, so that could also be a factor of my rating.

Have used this location for several years. Good value for the money. Good rooms. Comfortable beds. And a great staff and manager. Would easily recommend them.

Last time I stayed there was a foul up. Wheelchair bound. Always text site to make sure room has roll in shower. Booked over two weeks in advance. Booking had the room available. So when I got there all ADA rooms were already filled! Took regular room rather than try elsewhere at last moment. Part of this is my fault. I should have called a day or two ahead so a room was red flagged. This is the reality of being disabled. I can still recommend the place with a smile!

The parking lot is gated and secured at night and requires a you to use your room key to get into gate. What was really cool was that after staying a few nights the person working the front desk would recognize me at the gate and open it saving me the trouble of digging for my room key now that is service to acknowledge customer's enough to know there vehicle

Has nothing to do with the hotel but to do with booking.com website because I am supposed to be level 2 but for what ever reason instead of becoming level 2restarted at level 1

Out of all the hotels I stayed in they were the nicest tv worked,no bugs sheets were pure white didnt smell like smoke unless someone walked by smoking bed was very soft and big not squeaky towels were pure white and it was mostly quiet there was only one rude worker he was called twice to fix the hot water he wasnt nice to me at all. Fridge was ice cold and they have ice sometimes coffee in the morning

No hot water,most days no coffee last day here they woke me up at 8am working on a room next door hammering whistling talking loud. But I left came back they were gone not a heated pool but it was open to use

The bed was so comfortable, the location was great right off the highway resterants all around the police station across the street. Great location

Nighttime front desk staff is great however daytime staff front desk staff can show care for the renters a little more. I mean it their behavior shows they don't like their job and can care less about assisting anyone. I went to get towels and the clerk, gay mixed colored male, was so rude about getting me towels he act like I was disturbing his quiet time whereas when I came in at 2am to rent the room that clerk, gay white male European accent, was so friendly and perky attitude.

Helpful and friendly staff, we needed to have a package send to us from our home country, the reception received and held the package for us (grateful for this!). Safe and clean place with big private parking and easy access to the freeway. Comfortable beds. Big fridge and microwave. Laundromat and free coffee/tea available. Big shops in walking distance.

We have absolutely no negative remarks.

Staff are very friendly and kind helped with all my accommodations and concerns in a very time affective manner front desk staff awesome! Thank you so much for all staff and housekeeping did an excellent job appreciate everything. Very clean property and I had no concerns felt safe well rested.

The Location, it's close to the college. The staff is over all friendly. The rooms are pretty clean (except for the floors)

It would be nice if they had another night stand and maybe a table with another chair. They need to do a better job cleaning the floors.

I am homeless ,I was going to pay another day but was told I was not welcome to stay another day cause my son left his ashes in the room. So they throw us out...I was there for a week...he did smoke out side...but they were not listening to me...
