On our way to Yosemite Park we stopped for one night to get rest and laundry done and the Hotel was perfect. Located directly off the Highway our room was very spacious, quiet and the beds are ultra comfortable. The Free Breakfast was a good touch and we even spent a little time in the pool before moving on. There are a lot of possibilities to eat within a few feet of the hotel!
Unfortunately the Jaccuzzi didnt work (the Power button didnt do anything).

I asked the hotel if they could clean the room with unscented products before I got there, and they did! Loved the king suite that we stayed in. It could use one more chair so both my husband and I could sit on chairs while dining, rather than the couch, but everything was comfortable and clean and quiet.
Quite a few guests at the hotel did not obey the rules about wearing masks for the covid restrictions. The hotel is situated right next to a major thoroughfare, so the sound of traffic comes through the windows unless the air conditioner is running.

the lobby is very nice, check in was easy. the room was super clean & decorated well, well-maintained furnishings. Lots of lighting options. Bed & pillows very comfy, micro, fridge coffee maker & coffee (no tea) in room & very clean. lots of parking, area feels safe. Food machines in lobby and walking-distance restaurants. Quiet with window closed. I slept really well. A nice budget hotel for people who don't want to deal with a budget environment.
Reception came off as a bit curt although easy to understand & informative; also thought the t-shirt was too casual a uniform for this hotel. They make you sign a form saying you'll be charged if you smoke in the room (usually only found at much lower star hotels); smelled pot smoke in hallways. Was bitten (4 bites) by fleas and found flea debris although very minimal. the side doors need to be alarmed so people can't prop them open. No fan in bathroom & needs more lighting.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the laundry facility and the breakfast. I wish we could have taken advantage of the other amenities, but time didn't allow. We were on vacation for 2 weeks throughout California and this was one of the best stays we had!

Nothing really... it was a bit pricey, but no other GOOD lodging options in Ripon and it was close to where we needed to be.

Quiet area, clean room. Nice staff. Pool and hot tub. Sauna. Clean and nice. Comfortable bed. Fluffy pillows. Fridge, coffee, and close to food.
Shower head adjust did not work. (even though it was an adjustable head)

The lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Eugenia) was super energetic, fun and helpful. She was so nice in making sure we had everything we needed and even came out to the hot tub to make sure we had enough towels.

Beds were comfortable. The dog policy is awesome! The wifi was great! The staff were awesome!
The coffee machine in the room was cheap and made weak coffee. Some younger people sounded like they were having a party and kept talking loudly in the hall until after 2am, but I understand that is not easy to prevent. Some homeless people were hanging out around the backdoor and one tried to keep the door open after I came in by shoving cigarette butts in the door latch.

The staff that checked me in didn’t seem very friendly. And I also had an issue with the booking and no one ever got back to me or responded to the email sent to tell me if we could get it fixed or not. But besides that we had fun and enjoyed our stay.

Get rid of the marajuna smell in the elevator and 3rd floor hallway. It was a no smoking hotel. Some folks didn't comply.
