La Quinta by Wyndham Rancho Cordova Sacramento

The location is ideal, close to restaurants, shopping, and Sacramento and Folsom malls and outlets. The breakfast was nice to have hot items and waffles versus pastries and fruit but its the same everyday, no variations. the staff was super friendly, the facilities were ok, the first room I was placed in wrecked of urine (human urine) and I was promptly moved. The hallways could stand to be freshened up on some floors but overall the facility was clean.

My room had a window open to the roof and next to other rooms that had the same option (I thought this was dangerous for kids or pets but also for intrusion; I placed my entire ironing board in the window to block it from being slid open from the outside as it did not lock properly). Traveling alone I often have a security bar on the door as well. You can never be too careful.

Grab and go breakfast is not real. Coffee and a few granola bars does not make a breakfast. If you have kids, don't count on being able to feed them. That being said, the room is still a good value. There are plenty of food venues nearby.

Front desk staff/management really went out of their way to help my brother check in despite my credit card initially being declined as I had neglected to update payment method. They did not have to go out of their way to do this!! EXCELLENT customer service skills!! There are not many businesses with exceptional staff like this!!!! :-) :-) :-)

too expensive for neighborhood, pool not working

Overall, the location was convenient. Loved that it's pet friendly, and we didn't hear dogs barking! Lol Free breakfast was good. The lobby area was nice and clean.

Parking lot is dark, and the breakfast hours is short. The bath tub is not very clean. The shower curtain had a used bandaid stuck to it. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Everything was good. Nice big rooms, nice balconies, clean, nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. Locations is a plus close to the freeway and good restaurants. No sketchy people at all.

Staff. Young girl working at night was very rude. Instead of doing her job the right way she was trying to play it as if I didn’t speak English. She kept telling her manager (I could hear everything on the phone) that I didn’t speak English and didn’t understand what she was saying to me in a very rude manner. I asked to just deal with the manager and she handled it from there. Breakfast was supposed to be included but since Covid they only had breakfast bars, muffins and apples. I was surprised to not see any drinks except coffee and milk. Odd.

The bed was comfortable and I loved having the microwave and refrigerator available. I loved the free parking and free breakfast.

It wasn’t the nicest or cleanest hotel I’ve been in, but mostly becuase not everything was upgraded and some features were older so there was natural wear and tear. The water in the shower kept getting too hot or too cold when I didn’t touch the knob.

All was great

The location is adjacent to Brookfields Restaurant, which is and excellent home-style restaurant. The hotel is a nice facility and Staff was great.

Room 528 shower control was very difficult to work, it needs repair or more likely replacement. Three kleenex tissues were provided in the dispenser.

Room was great,

Fan in the bathroom was loud and needs replaced, and the pillows on the bed should offer different types of pillows. I didnt like the pillows.

Our room was very clean the color scheme appealing to the eye and very relaxing . The bed was very comfy with very clean bedding the sheets smelled freshly laundered great for a good night's sleep...

We didn't like that breakfast was advertised as part of the room fee and was not served or discounted and we had to go elsewhere for breakfast .. The shower was plenty large the towels clean and snowy white , I would however recommend non skid tape or something because the shower floor was very slippery...
