The EV charging posts were very convenient. Cleanliness of the rooms and very friendly staff with a full breakfast was excellent. Small but nice pool and spa.

Some of the EV charging posts are marked as disabled, and non-EV cars would park in the non-disabled parking spots near the front. There are not signs posted stating EV parking only, so there isn’t anything that can be done, other than taking up a disabled parking spot to charge my car.

Check in staff was very nice and answered my questions about other things I wanted to do while there. The room was nice as was the bed. Breakfast was very good as well with several options for a breakfast meal.

Had a little problem locating the property due to the naming of the streets in Palmdale. Never saw a street named O B 8 before. In travels, one street had a name on it, but also had its map name (ave N) in small print under the name so missed that turn. Just a personal problem and frustrating and had nothing to do with the property. Just Palmdale! :)

Breakfast was awesome. Variety of items, Everything was hot and fresh. Room was spacious. Very clean. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, Large bathroom. chargers available for all your electronics. Girls at front desk were very friendly and courteous. Easy access to the Antelope mall, shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel .

Unfortunately, our room was in the back and near the freeway so it was a little noisy. No fault of the hotel.

I loved how friendly the staff was. It’s pretty easy to check in as well and there usually isn’t ever a line or anything! It’s quiet and the inside of the hotel is really pretty and updated. It’s just a quiet newly made hotel.

ONLY thing I didn’t like was that the jacuzzi and pool wasn’t heated when we were going to go to swimming about two hours before the pool area was suppose to be closed. It was completely cold on both.

Clean all around. I’m very big on cleanliness. Staff was all very nice. They accommodated us very well being that it was our wedding weekend. We asked for late checkout and they waived the fee which we were very grateful for.

Everything was great, however the only thing is we booked the executive king suite which we thought was going to be big but it was not that big. I had all my bridesmaids get ready there and it was a little tight. We made it work though :)

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional! The breakfast has enough variety for our picky children and great healthy options. All staff we encountered from lobby receptionist to breakfast staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Shower head definitely needed more water pressure. And it is also place very high up. I'm 5' 9" and it was way too high up.

The breakfast was nice, my mom enjoyed it but I couldn’t have it due to an upcoming procedure. Location was ok, still in progress but lots around to see and do. The bathroom in our room was huge and very nice and clean. The only criticism I have is the pillows weren’t great, it may be available but offering other pillow options would be a nice touch.

It's an excellent location, pool area was clean , very nice of them they brought our towels out to us. Breakfast was was delicious 😋. I forgot our fast charge in the room, I called back and spoke to Michelle she was really patient and called me back to inform me that they found my charger and put aside for ny sister to pick up for me.

comfortable bed with several pillows, large bathroom with absorbent towels, plenty of toiletries, large screen tv with lots of choices, very friendly staff, delicious variety of breakfast items, great hot tub! We also liked the fact that they sold tv dinners and ice cream so we didn’t have to go out but we could microwave in our room.

Clean, Wonderful staff. Room overall was great. Liked the access to the charging stations and the fridge and microwave. Would stay here again. Breakfast was excellent each day.

Limited access to garbage disposal but wonderful overall. some water damage in the bathroom.
