SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ontario Airport

The Great, friendly, happy employees at the front desk , the awesome lady in the morning whom greets you where they serve breakfast at. She the best, I love her smile and how positive and great she makes me feel through out the day.

There's only 1 thing and that's the cart they have to unload your item from your car/ truck. The WHEELS on the cart are way to small and every crack, rock, pebble jams the cart up and you push a little harder and half of your items fall to the ground! They fall due to the small wheels. It's happened TWICE to me now, and I've been there only twice! Other than the cart? That's it, thank you for your time.

The check in and out was rapid and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. It was in a area convenient to various shopping and restaurants.

I was disappointed with the continental breakfast, but that is from my own expectations from staying at other hotels. There were some juices, which tasted like packets you add water too, some muffins and bread, some granola bars and oatmeal with various toppings oh and coffee. The room was typical, however it was a bit frustrating to have to use my card key for elevator access during day time hours, but I assume it is a security thing.

Great pool & jacuzzi. Restaurant, bar & Café on site with ample parking. About 30 minutes from Yosemite village, only 10 minutes from the park entrance. Very good value for the area. A little outdated, but exactly what I expected for the price

The pillows in the room were my only dislike. They are more like couch pillows than for a bed.

Very helpful staff; complimentary cab to and from airport; breakfast and pool. Great price as well.

Blackout curtains in room were torn and poorly sewn with large hand stitches.

The hotel is just beside the University of La Verne Ontario campus only 1 minute's walking distance.

There is only one restaurant within walking distance (Panda Inn) and the rest of the stores, restaurants, and supermarkets need to get a taxi/Uber or have a car to get there. Around the neighborhood, there is nothing to do. But the location has exceed my expectations because it was very near of the university campus.

I think if the bathroom door closed and if there was an elevator near the room we stayed at. We climbed three flights of stairs and couldn't get in the door with the key so went back to 2nd floor and got the elevator that way. Beds were uncomfortable too. Guy at check out said it's being demolished and rebuilt in the next year or so.

My parents and I were very happy with the hotel facilities, staff, and location to our event for the weekend!

Our only problem was the pocket door to the bathroom kept jamming.

The comfortable hotel near the airport was exactly what I needed before a flight. The staff at checkin was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The first room assigned had an issue and he immediately reassigned me. Friendly staff also greeted me at checkout.

This particular location for Surestay is exceptionally comfortable. Every room has a Samsung X-large flat-screen, excellent movie channels, clean remote controls, fresh towels, blankets, and pillows, CLEAN CARPETS!-which is very hard to come across-especially at hotels, a spacious refrigerator, great microwaves with high watts, coffee maker, coffee packets, cups, and an ice tin, SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, TWO CITRUS SOAP BARS AND BODY LOTION by Paul Mitchell, clean Air Conditioning units that are fully-functional- NOT NOISY AT ALL, FRESH TOWELS!!, about ten beautiful wooden hangers with clips for dresses and jeans on sectional steel rods, colossal vanity mirror with lovely low sink;)talk about kid-friendly! An excellent desk with an office recliner chair and two lamps sitting right above the desk, clean telephones with access to local and long-distance calls-I know local calls 909 area code are thirty-five cents regardless of how long the market, a fully stocked lobby with Cheetos, cup noodles, chocolate bars, drinks, and cookies-DID I MENTION FLOSSERS, alcohol and other essential you may have forgotten to pick up? Well, they have that and more- EVEN TWEEZERS, FREE BREAKFAST SERVED FROM 6 to 10 am- BUT GO EARLY☺food runs out pretty fast, AND EACH BED HAS 4 pillows. There are also dressers for clothing if staying for a while, and if you get a double room that sleeps four-4, then you have a nightstand right between the two beds. I also love how you can push the bed a little to the wall, and it works great if you have little ones that can roll off the bed.😅. The staff is very nice, and they don't take cash. I pay about 114 per night plus 20 deposit. Frankly, they are by far the best hotel for your money!!! Many hotels will charge approximately 50.00 dollars deposit- even 100! And they cannot compete with SureStay's comfort and cleanliness.

I liked the size of the room and the hotel location. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.

Thorough room cleaning and inspection of the cleanliness. Better breakfast options would be nice similar to their sister properties.
