The property is convenient to BART and Jack London Square. The rooms are smallish, and mine didn’t have an exterior window, but I just wanted a comfortable bed, shower and TV. Impressed with the TV channel choices, and my bathroom was HUGE! I’m 6’5”, and my room with a queen bed was perfect as a solo traveller. The staff was friendly and I felt at home here. I will stay there again during my next visit to Oakland.
Not a dislike, because I grew up in Oakland, but some may feel uncomfortable with the neighborhood, but I felt comfortable. It was also 4th of July, so lots of people were out.

nearby the 12th st Oakland Bart station.breakfast was good.I arrived at 9:30 am and they gave me the room right away.
there was a dirty bath tub beside the laundry.I was asking the staff what floor is the laundry and he didn’t know.so I have to find it myself.there were no coin changer machine beside the laundry so I asked the bald receptionist to change my bill and he said he has no coins.I chose this hotel because there was a laundry.but there was no way I can use it.this is my first time to encounter a staff like this.

The staff was amazing and friendly, housekeeping staff was 10/10, rooms are comfortable beautiful and deliver way above the price you pay. Being 2 blocks away from BART makes moving around the bay area incredibly convenient.
Elevator is kinda slow, water pressure is not the best, same for wifi. However, I'd definitely stay there again, the pros heavily outweigh the cons

It was a pretty clean room and house keeping actually came by on my stay to pick up, replace towels if needed. Alot of restaurants were walking distance which makes it easier to get food with no viechle.
The Elevator did sound a little scary and because your in the city there were some rough areas around the hotel.

The people at the front desk were easygoing and accommodating. Checked out later in the day and it was no problem
Downtown Oakland is just wild, but this place was great for where it was. Parking was just a gated lot, so we parked in the garage across the street... $50 for the night.... the next day started at 7 am... so, really $75 for the night.....

The staff was pretty nice and the rooms are pretty comfortable and clean. Also, the location of the hotel is pretty close to Jack London and Lake Merritt so walking is definitely a must if you wanna see Oakland for what it is. Wi-Fi was spot on and Air Conditioning in the rooms are great.
The doors for the rooms are VERY heavy and kind of a pain to open. The breakfast they offer is very bland with some going past their expiration date.

Friendly staff at the front desk, and the bedroom had the basics we needed for our stay including a working AC/heating unit. Breakfast was fresh and filling with warm foods like eggs and sausage along with coffee and tea. I especially liked the bathroom toiletries were Dove products rather than generic brands.

Availability was convenient. Location was perfect for everywhere I needed to go. Reasonable pricing. Awesome friendly staff. Lot parking and very clean rooms and the hotel itself was well maintained.(except the elevator lol they fixed it) Everything smelled clean and fresh.
Rooms kind of snug for me. I'm a big man so the bed was a little small as well. Very soft and fresh smelling just my feet were constantly off the bed.

Breakfast!! a lot of times the phrase breakfast is thrown around. Sometimes it’s called a continental breakfast. But this Ramada Wyndham Oakland downtown has an actual real breakfast. Eggs, sausage, seasoned home fries toast juice!
