Due to transportation issues, I was very early. Like 0900 early. But Miss Kayla was a life saver. As a courtesy she got me checked in at 0900! I could have cried honestly, as I had just arrived from Seattle via a 24 hour train ride. Rooms were clean and house keeping made sure I always had clean towels and linens. Bathroom was huge and I loved the shower as well as the soaking tub. Breakfast was good and I never left the day hungry. Gym was basic with some cardio equipment and some cable weights. Got the job done. Location toward the freeway didn't look the most aesthetic but the rooms facing the water were quiet and serene with a view of SF in the distance.

Room was spacious and very clean. Liked the motel's atmosphere. Didn't try to swim, as it was an outdoor pool. Breakfast was lovely!! Had great scrambled eggs both mornings. Bacon first day and sausage second day. I ate waffles second day. Super variety of fresh fruit, cereals, bread, juices, milk, etc. Long hours for breakfast was nice!! Great view of the water from our balcony. Breakfast helpers and front desk checkout were friendly. Bed in King room was pleasantly not stiff and pillows were good. Appreciated the clean motel. Location was close to all we needed to go.

Check-in lady on Wednesday nite was very quiet and not very friendly. Area of town was questionable. Would not have stayed on first floor. Bathroom was also spacious, but for a 5 ft, 2 person, the sink was hard to reach. I would stay there again, as it was so clean and a nice big room. Thank-you

We stayed in a large double queen room with water view. The room was so spacious and clean. Nice bed size and very nice bathroom. Staff were so nice and super friendly. They had free coffee/hot chocolate machine at the lobby!

Bathroom lock didn't work but not a big deal. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing but okay. They had waffle maker which was excellent but no self- served sausages or scramble eggs or fruits. They had biscuits with sausage patty and eggs or with some other stuff inside already pre-wrapped and choice of cereals. My daughter likes sausage links and she was very disappointed but overall okay.

The location was good..close to our event location and close to lots of restaurants. Also easy to get to from 880. The coffee and juice service is convenient and the breakfast was good and easy to access.

The TV remote didnt work well. The switches on the lamps were hard to turn.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection for breakfast and a limited menu but good quality option for dinner in the next door building.

The local area is a bit run down., a lot of homeless people and it didn’t feel safe to walk in the evening so either the bar restaurant or delivery dinner. Also the walk to the local bus stop or metro was worrying.

staff was friendly and courteous. rooms were clean. beds comfortable. big bathroom with separate bathing area was a plus. the coffee machine in lobby was wonderful as well as the breakfast great breakfast options! overall a great stay!

just a couple of minor issues…vending machines were empty. we were looking for water after a late concert night. called front desk and was told to check the hotel next door as there was no water in the facility. complimentary coffee in room contained two decafs and one caffeinated. would have liked more caffeinated. tissue holder was empty. however compared to all the pros these are minor and would definitely stay at hotel again!

Always a good experience. However, don't like that there is a parking fee. Also, this time we went over to the executive inn for possible dinner and drinks and the bartender wasn't very nice. I asked if I could see the menu, and he replied "salmon or steak", so I asked again if I could see a menu and he replied "salmon or steak". We ended up leaving. My other half told him, actually we don't want anything because he felt the bartender was being rude. Anyway, we went elsewhere for dinner.

We liked the Room. Definitely, the view was a favorite. The lake is right in the back of the hotel and so the scenery was beautiful.

We did not like that we had to go over to the sister hotel for both breakfast and pool amenities.

everything was amazing from the customer service when I arrived to the room that the upgraded me on the bathtub was amazing the view of the water was so refreshing and the bed was beyond comfortable. the room was so neat and clean I will definitely stay here every time I’m in the Bay Area definitely recommend and even the breakfast was good
