I like how amazing the place and the room looked like. The staff is amazing and very accommodating.
I didn’t like how the shower and the bed only have a glass wall between them. Even with the curtain down, you can see someone in their birthday suit.

Check in process was unnecessarily complicated. Language Barrier to getting my reservation information. I ordered drinks from restaurant Orange juice was hot by the time I received it and my tea was cold. coffee maker in the room didn't work properly (water didn't get hot). Jacuzzi had too much chemicals, irritated my skin. I requested a early check in but by the time my registration was straightened out, regular check in time was already past. Pool, shower and bed were heavenly. Jackie who was working the front desk saved my stay. She was an excellent Customer Service Professional

The online checkin process is RIDICULOUS! Apps, questions, drivers license upload…. And then you still have to talk to a desk agent to finish.

The room was a very good size for a single person or couple. The neutral colors and lighting were great. The bathroom was a very good size. The property overall- not just the room, was well taken care of. The staff was friendly. The keyless entry by use of code worked out well.
The valet was often backed up and if you come at a time when lots of guests for the restaurant/ bar are arriving, you may end up stuck. It's a great idea to have valet for this location considering the high volume of people visiting the restaurant/ bar, but it is inconvenient for staying guests to drop off vehicle or to be picked up by ridesharing options (Uber/ Lyft/ Taxi).

The location was were we wanted to be so we could walk to Sofi Stadium and restaurants in area. Sonder restaurant was closed the whole weekend of super bowl.
The room didn’t have a microwave or ice bucket. The shower drain was partially clogged so water backed up. Also I killed 2 silverfish bugs in the bathroom. No local tv just Roku streaming.

Ideal location for attending concerts at the Youtube Theatre or other SOFI Stadium events. Great deal for the nice rooms, except that a minimum 2-night stay was required, which worked out for me. Staff was friendly. Various restaurants around if you walk 10-15 minutes. Could be a good base for other travels in the LA area, if you have a car.
Unusual check-in method using an app caused some frustration, and you need to punch in a 7-digit code every time you enter the hotel or your room, which is annoying when the keypads are dimly lit. My room-specific Wifi code didn't work, bur staff provided another code.
