Great room, super clean, love the amenities. My rooms were next to each other as we had requested and we truly appreciated that. Free bottled water at the front desk.

The staff was great except for the manager. There was an issue with my reservation because I booked 2 rooms with my last name and the other one with my sister's last name (we do not have the same last name anymore). The front desk clerk was very friendly and was trying to find the 3rd room but he gave up and called the manager. She immediately came with an attitude of "it shows 2 rooms so you only get 2 rooms." The rooms were already paid so we insisted there were 3 rooms under my reservation. She was able to find it but didn't apologize she just handed the ball back to the front desk guy and left.

The staff accommodated my early check in needs effortlessly. My first room didn’t have pool view as promised, they had me in a new room in 15 min and gave me breakfast coupons for my trouble. The restaurant exceeded my expectations also. Every staff member was friendly and engaging from front desk, mad and even pool guy who didn’t speak English but was still able to help me. I’ve become a fan

Little thing. They increased the grind on the pepper but the current shakers are not able to dispense the better grind, that’s it😊

nice and quiet, have computers that guest can use anytime. staff was very friendly and helpful.

they need to do maintenance, example fan and lighting in the bathroom was not working properly. faucet in the room dripping water continuously. they need to provide more than one cup for coffee and also not everyone drinks coffee, there should be a choice of tea or coffee. you get ONE HIT CUP AND ONE COLD CUP ridiculous.

In order to get the best rate I was forced to step aside and book the room from my hotel at a third party website in order to have the best rate honored. I should have been accommodated by the front desk and had the advertised price applied to my roommate at the time of checkin, rather than having to compromise my financial information signing up for a third party service to get the advertised internet price. An inconvenience that could easily be avoided at the front desk at checkin.

Staff was very welcoming both at check in and check out. The Bistro has great service, also. Had Starbucks right there. Met a nice lady there who we started a conversation with while she bought her coffee. She just happened to be the Area Director of Sales, so I asked for her card in case we ever need to plan an event. Her name was Tonna Hall. A wonderful lady to have on the team.

I didn’t find anything that I would complain about.

I enjoyed the location. the staff was excellent.

in the threshold of the bathroom, they changed the tile it was slippery. I fell bumped my head and foot. they came looked and gentleman stated it needed cleaning. They took pictures, & we’re not able to change at that time. housekeeping cleaned it .

We like room but we didn’t have clean towels, sheets, each day our room was not made up each day. We had ask for towels. This is unacceptable in my book. Over all the room was nice but room was not made up each day At least I know motel 6 would do that and I wouldn’t be paying so darn much money!

It’s not a bad option for this price.

In the first room was problem with sink. I don’t like a system with housekeeping, because it was very uncomfortable. Sometimes the staff forgot our requests and our room stayed dirty without clean towel and toilet paper. Also towels were too old with holes. The Bar in lobby didn’t work. In the room wasn’t a microwave. And there wasn’t towels at the swimming pool.

visiting my mother in Cypress was the great location area. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Week day prices were affordable.

We wanted to extend our stay to the weekend but the price for the weekend was not affordable for us.

The Front Desk attendant JAYMEE YOUNG went above and beyond her job requirements by helping us with some additional storage for a few hours..! She was very professional and helped us out while we had some travel logistic issue(s)..! This Marriott Hotel was a great stay too!
