DoubleTree by Hilton Napa Valley - American Canyon

Amenities were great, we made great use of the jacuzzi, and I'm glad they extended the hours until 10pm. Beds were comfortable, room was a good size and wheelchair accessible for my travel partner. Staff offered us cookies while they were getting us ready for the room. Overall a great experience! The property ducks were an extra bonus!

The bathroom was the only thing we didn't like, as there were no counters to put anything, just a sink. If they could add another small table in there, it would be way more accessible. They could've also put a few more towels (we only got 2) but it seemed like they were behind on cleaning the rooms and so were rushing a bit.

We liked being away from Napa, but as out-of-towners, we were not prepared for the almost dismal area, it was located. Town name false. Fast Highway, broken down lots...Thank goodness for a newer Safeway down the street and found a burger bar and Starbucks in the morning. Just seemed bleak. NO services in hotel; no coffee in lobby, no cafe, etc. Forced to use car for anything. We have stayed in 15 states and 25 hotels...MOST have found a way to make-up for lack of services due to Covid. A few, like this one, have made zero effort. (To go bags Breakfast items; coffee in lobby; mini buffets served by one or two employees behind plastic barriers, serving real eggs, bacon, biscuits. etc) So, Doubletree, who could set the new "covid" standard, clearly failed, with a "no, Im Sorry". yeah right.

Even some spaced seating about the lagoon would have been nice; no coffee in lobby; walk to nothing; overlooked from our room, an RV storage, (although THAT couldn't be helped, what else was there to walk to, without fear of? ) I expected more from this good name.

The staff, especially Raja, was so incredibly friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The cookies were a nice touch as well.

The pillows were a little too soft for me, but other than that I can’t complain.

location was great for visiting wineries in Napa at a much more affordable price than airbnbs/hotels directly in Napa. 15 min from downtown Napa. rooms were spacious and clean & the staff was accommodating.

Easy location close to I-29. The gentleman in maintenance helped us to our room and then changed the air filters to enhance air flow. He was very attentive. Front desk team are quite friendly and respectful. The warm cookies were a nice treat.

No on-site food service. Unusual fragrance throughout the hotel. The room had a strong cinnamon scent.

Wonderful helpful staff, beautiful clean rooms, Very comfortable, great location!

Honestly, if it was a wonderful stay.

The staff were very friendly. The facility was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The lighting and heating system were excellent.

Wifi did not work. The location is difficult for food delivery services to find while using GPS. The bathroom floor was a little sticky but the facility was clean.

No break fast due to safety guidelines but am pretty sure is 5star, I stay right behind this location but when I stay here it make me feel like am in the desert or somewhere in New Mexico.

I feel like I post an eminent unstable disruptive but am very respectful only one thing sorry and I don’t blame to buy me on DNR

the bed was very comfortable and room was extremely clean and well thought out!

the entrance into the office area is a little tight and the parking lot is small!

Room was very clean and spacious. Even got a free upgrade which was awesome. Definitely will be back very soon.

Wished room service was available (completely understandable because of COVID) Also if the room had a microwave along with the fridge would make more sense
