Aiden by Best Western Sedona

I loved the mini dog park and the fire pits outside. The pool would be amazing if there was a hot tub too but was very cute with its turf grass and what not. The views are really nice from the second and 3rd floor rooms. The staff was amazing in that i left 3-4 expensive clothing items and realized it later that day and they had saved them all for me which was awesome!

I think some things can be updated in the room such as painting/ putting in working TVs. You could tell it wasn’t suuuuper new and sadly there were splatters of I’m not sure what on the back of our bathroom door... so cleaning could definitely be upped a little! The only other request is a water station to refill your waters. They had the option to at breakfast from a juice machine but i felt bad sitting there and taking up the space just to fill my water.

Room was larger than expected. Loved the chromecast tv! Bathrooms were clean with great toiletries. The balcony was a great feature as well, would've used it more if it was warmer. The fire pit was definitely my favorite part :)

Very comfortable bed. Great view from our room. Pool was great but with limited seating.

Due to COVID rooms not cleaned however staff gave extra towels. Would suggest placing large trash cans so guests can throw away trash. Room was tight for 3 adults.

Convenient location near wine bar with live music, fire pit area. Convenient to restaurants and convenience store. Magnificent views of red rocks.

Our air conditioner made weird noises at night

We LOVED having breakfast outside in the rocking chairs overlooking the Sedona Mountains. There was also plenty of tables and chairs. Other areas with firepits and couches or comfortable chairs. A hidden gem we kind of came upon. Breakfast had many things and others in the refridgerator you could heat up. Wonderful coffee. This is not a large place but it was comfortable. The deck or porch you get gives you a change to sit outside and enjoy that fresh air.

The pool was on the small size. It was loud up front in a restaurant but that ended early. Parking was scarce but there is more in the back. Rooms were small but beds were really comfortable. Slept well.

Awesome location. Centrally located to so many hikes and sites. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping too. The room was really nice with a balcony. Great views! Bathroom nice. A little small but it did have shelves under the sink to help store toiletries.

With Covid, I'm not sure it's fair to rate the "breakfast" but since it's considered included and part of the price... It's not really breakfast. It's coffee and juices, which are nice, various granola bars and prepackaged muffins and pastries. There was some fruit as well. Bananas, apples and Cuties. All of which would normally be complimentary under normal circumstances. So, there is take away food, but I'm not sure I would call it breakfast. Super minor.

I read it was a buffet so expected an actual meal, not mostly packaged items. Dissipointed in the breakfast.

Did not realize there was a mat for the tub. When I stepped in to take a shower I nearly fell. The mat should have been dropped over the side of the tub, not rolled up under the sink in the back. Tub to slippery.

I loved the view from my little patio. My room was right by the pool and it had the most beautiful veiw of the mountains. I loved sitting out there in the morning drinking my coffee and in the evening taking in the beauty.

For some reason we didn't have service on the TV. And the gym facilities were under construction.

The staff was amazing. We even received a nice discount when we decided to stay an extra night. The food was great, and the outdoor courtyard with the mountains in the background was a nice touch at breakfast time and at night.

The rooms were nice and clean, bed very comfortable. I actually enjoy the no cleaning due to COVID as I generally say do not disturb the entire time. Microwave availability was confusing but was nice having one in the hallway. Breakfast was grab and go due to COVID, which works best at this time. The free WIFI worked great except around 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. then it would get really slow. You can tell they are taking the time to update their rooms making them nice rooms. The area is nice, grocery store and restaurants are close by.

When I signed up for a room with a view, I noted I was going to be working every day from the hotel -- I even told the person when I checked in. It should have been made clear to me about all the construction going on in the building. I was trying to run work calls and the people were blaring music in the hallway, talking loudly, hammering, pushing carts around therefore making it hard to work and have conference calls. It was also annoying that the work started at 7:30 in the morning -- disturbing sleep. I would definitely stay here again if I come back for a vacation.
