Heathfield Bed and Breakfast

John and Linda are so friendly and nice they made us feel instantly welcome. The room we stayed in was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable we had the best nights sleep whilst there. The dinning room is cosy and the breakfast Linda cooked was excellent. It is close the Whitby town centre so we didn’t use the car until we left. We would recommend the property to anyone thank you for the warm welcome John and Linda

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the property can not think of a single negative everything was amazing.

Everything. It was my first time in Whitby and Linda and John were friendly, helpful and really lovely people. I was travelling alone and they made me feel safe and welcome. The room was cosy, clean and exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast had numerous choices and was freshly made to my requirements. The bathroom was spotless with a walk in shower. From my experience here, I will definitely be returning for another stay.

There isn't one thing I would say needs improving. Perfect the way it is.

my wife and myself have just spent 2 fabulous nights at heathfield whilst visiting Whitby. Linda and John were superb hosts, so friendly and nothing too much trouble. breakfast was brilliant, great rooms and set in a great location.approx 10 minutes walk to the harbour.

Lovely friendly and comfortable place,nicely situated about 5 mins walk to Whitby centre, the hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable about Whitby giving great recommendations of where to eat and drink. Our room was spotless with everything needed for our stay, the bed was extremely comfortable.Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Would highly recommend Heathfield. Thanks to Linda and John for a lovely stay.

Nothing to dislike.

The owners made us feel at home, they were very friendly and welcoming; the way that the home was decorated was very tasteful. They gave us information on local walks and pubs which helped to make it an excellent weekend. They were even kind enough to move their car so we could park behind the building.

The walk back to the property after a day on our feet in Whitby was taxing as the hill is quite steep, so we avoided going back into town at night even though is was only a 15 minute walk; the joys of getting old!

Well what a find this as to be the best Bed and Breakfast we have stayed in, very clean and tidy, excellent host's very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was spacious the bathroom immaculate, the breakfast was very good and plenty of. We will definitely be coming back in the not too distant future. as Len would say its a 10 from me...... all the best from Jo and Dave

Nothing not to like it was perfect

The property was cosy with great facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts, Linda & John were fantastic, helping us with recommendations for things to see around the town and places to eat and drink.

I have nothing negative to comment.

The staff were friendly but not intrusive. The quality of food and beverages went above expectations, to the point that they remembered specific drink orders within the group. Very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend to others. Looking forward to my next stay!

Would have preferred the lock to the room on outer door rather than bedroom so easier to get to bathroom but this is not a criticism just a opinion
