I absolutely loved the Junior Suite. It's even nicer since it has been decorated. The fresh milk was a bonus and a fridge in the room. Excellent facilities. Lovely breakfast. Staff friendly and attentive. Location to station and restaurants, bars and shops. Free parking. The Drayton has always been our favourite hotel when staying in London and the garden area is amazing. Enjoyed quiz night on Monday, and free pizza is a lovely touch. Also, money off food and drink is a bonus for residents.

It is just my personal preference. I liked breakfast in the dining room rather than the bar. The coffee pods are nice in the room, but I prefer coffee sachets. So perhaps a choice would be nice or coffee bags.

I had a procedure and couldn't walk upstairs during the following days, therefore booked Drayton Court to stay for a few days after hospital (before I could use the staircase at home). I'm so glad that I did this - the hotel staff gave me an accessible room, and helped me with the luggage etc; the room (especially the bed) is really comfortable, with everything I need; breakfast was amazing, and the lunch and dinner menu was great and food was all nicely cooked. I live at Ealing and Drayton Court has always been a nice local place to go to. Will definitely pay more visit in future :)

The Drayton Court Hotel is a lovely old building in the heart of West Ealing. It is about 200 meters from the new Elizabeth line station which will get yo to Bond Street in 20 minutes. It is proper hotel, so it is n't perfect. But the staff were very attentive, and the room was spotless, even if it wasn't pristine. Breakfast was excellent too. A good selection of pastries ( all very fresh) and good options for cooked breakfast. Our expectations for our stay were exceeded.

The hotel is on the cusp of a major refurbishment, so the room was a bit shabby in places. However we will definitely be coming here again once the work is finished.

My wife and I stayed in the 'Whiskey Galore' suite (we don't drink!). It was absolutely lovely and exceeded the pictures online. The staff at the counter were amazing, professional, courteous, and made us feel very welcome. They accommodated my request to add flower petals on the bed and did a fancy design with the towels. My wife loved it and felt very special. We ate at the restaurant/pub built next to the hotel and were impressed especially with their full English breakfast. Someone told us that there isn't much to do in Ealing, but right there in Ealing there is Polish food, Turkish food, Portuguese food, and it was not too far away from the main Westfield Shopping Centre (mall). Also, it at least had its own tube station, the West Ealing station, and it was just a short walk to the hotel, so one can access all of the rest London from the Central and Elizabeth lines. I would give this hotel my highest rating, would recommend ti to family and co-workers, and would stay at the Drayton Court Hotel again!

This is an older property that has been maintained and taken care of. Hotel is very close to the Tube. We learned the routes and how to use the Tube. It's about an hour's ride into London but far better than driving and trying to park the car in London. There was a hotel elevator which always helps! The place is very secure and safe. You need a room key card for the elevator to even work, then you also use the key card to get to the hallway where your room is. The key card is also used to get the electricity on. The front door is locked at night so that was very good. Staff was super nice and polite. There is a large dining room for breakfast. Food is included with the room price. Food was delicious and you order your food from the breakfast menu.

Very small car park in front of hotel. We used the tube the entire time so we didn't lose our parking space.

For a pub hotel, the security is pretty good. Actually the security of the premises can put some of the bigger hotels to shame. As you get into the elevator or some would called lift, you would require a key card to reach up to floors above. Staff are friendly and helpful, always got a smile on their faces.

There is no certainty of parking space, just when they are available. Got back a little bit late one evening, snd I ended up parking in the street. The mattress is way softer to my liking.

What a lovely place to stay, cozy and full of character! They kindly let us check in early. The room was on the smaller side, but comfortable, well-lit (two huge windows) and well-equipped with everything from a coffee machine to iron and ironing board. I am a light sleeper, so the blackout curtains and the hotel's calm location meant much to me. Still, it's a stone's throw from West Ealing tube station, which quickly connects you to central London. There's no lobby but the hotel has a pub and the breakfast room is also used for events, so it's a very lively place! There's just a tad bit more wear and tear than one would expect in a 4-star hotel. Several different breakfast options were offered, together with the buffet items - we got to try almost all the menu options and especially loved cinnamon brioche topped with yogurt and berries and smashed avocado toast with poached eggs. Last but not least - all staff was wonderful and their friendly attitude made our stay even better!

The staff are really well trained and their service is brilliant and pleasant. While the hotel is located in a beautiful London pub there is never any bleed through noise into the rooms. The rooms are well decorated with all the amenities you could ask for including the usually things but with additional complimentary toiletries, coffee & coffee machine and the all important air con which is needed for those summer days in London. Breakfast is continental with a cooked to order menu to choose from, all the food we had was of a high quality and cooked perfectly. The hotel also offers limited availability free parking which makes it an ideal base if you want to explore areas outside of the city. And finally the location in West Ealing is a beautiful part of west London offering a small town/village vibe with great bars and restaurants a short walk away. If your coming to explore central London this hotel couldn’t be a better option with West Ealing station just across the road giving you access to central via the new Elizabeth Line underground. From West Ealing to Paddington in 10-12 mins and beyond to Bond Street and Liverpool Street. An equivalent journey on the Piccadilly line would be close to 45-50 mins. Last point on location, if your flying into Heathrow this hotel is a great options as it’s again a short ride on the Elizabeth line to West Ealing. All in all this hotel it’s a great options for all trips. I almost forgot, it has the biggest beer garden in west London with hotels guests enjoying 10% off at the bar and restaurant to make the most of the sun trap garden and live sport shown of screens. Ping pong and Woodfire pizza is also available in the garden. We can’t wait to return!

Whilst recognising the downstairs areas are of an older style in keeping with a traditional London pub setting. They could benefit from a freshen up and some more focused cleaning. However, I am being picky here as we love this hotel and enjoy the character.

The property is very well situated 5 minutes walk from the Elizabeth line, it’s very clean, does look a little tired in places but is comfortable and provides good selection of tea/coffee/water. The breakfast is great cooked to order with lots of pastries/bread/ fruit etc…very good value. There is also a pub joined to the hotel and it provides excellent food. The staff are absolutely amazing, it’s quite a young team with Carly, Amber and a third woman (didn’t get her name) all doing front desk, breakfast etc they were great nothing was too much trouble, the manager is great as well we had a little issue and he sorted it immediately! I’ve stayed in quite a few London (outside London) hotels and this one is fantastic for all the reasons mentioned and as it’s outside central London is great value and your only 15/20 minutes away from London by tube. Really really highly recommended.

Nothing not to like as I said it’s an older property so could do with a little decoration but they clearly put a lot of value into good service and good food/facilities
