The room was extremely comfortable with the latest mod cons. Small attention to detail such as lovely bed linen, bath robes .Bathroom was well stocked with luxury toiletries including orign products such as shower gel , body lotion and shampoo. tooth brushes , cotton wool etc Breakfast in the morning had an array of options including various cereal, fresh fruit and cooked breakfast Also there was ample parking to the rear of the property

It seemed a bit strange that someone came up stairs shouting that breakfast was ready .Everytime we travel breakfast is usually served between a certain time

Arrived exhausted from walking the first leg of the St. Cuthbert's Way and this was such a needed, welcoming, comfortable and restful place to stay. Shower - amazing. Tea, hot chocolate, coffee and biscuits waiting in room - amazing. Bed - amazing. Breakfast - amazing. It's on a slight hill, which was the last thing I wanted at the end of the walk, but was so glad I booked it

Nothing, all good

The property was in a quiet location 0.5 miles from the centre of Jedburgh. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was a good size too. Everything you could need was provided and Jill was happy to pander to our varied breakfast requests!

Nothing! All good.

The owners were very welcoming. The room was spotless and very well presented. Breakfast was excellent. We stopped here to break our journey to the Highlands (Scotland) from the East Midlands (England) . We were so pleased that we booked an overnight stay for our return journey as well.

There is a bit of road noise but nothing during sleeping hours.

What a gem. This was the best accommodation of our trip. Jill and Kev are such exceptional caring and accommodating hosts. We loved everything from the lovely sunny room with garden views, a comfortable bed, and fantastic breakfasts. We would have loved to stay longer and didn't want to leave.

Nothing!

The breakfast was very nice and freshly cooked. Enjoyed speaking with the hosts. The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable.

The bed was just a little bit too soft for my liking, but that is a personal preference. Also could not find a hairdryer, but as my hair is short it soon dried anyway.

Robin and Judith: (not Daniel) The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, with pure cotton covers and a feather duvet, as found in good hotels. Blackout blinds were very helpful, too.The en-suite shower and toilet was luxurious+ the largest we have ever enjoyed. We were the only guests and had the hosts' full attention. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with special requests cheerfully catered for. Jill is also a qualified hairdresser and agreed to offer her professional service, as we could not find an appointment in town: That was a treat- so convenient!

With the windows open there is noise from the road, but ok if windows are shut. ( Scotland is rarely too hot anyway)
